I would strongly warn anyone considering this clinic to think very carefully before proceeding. This place lacks basic monitoring, availability, and accountability. Fertility treatment requires close follow-up and responsiveness, yet this clinic is only accessible on very limited days, making proper tracking extremely difficult and unsafe. I was given multiple injections without clear explanations or individualized adjustments, despite repeatedly raising concerns. When I later experienced alarming symptoms, there was no meaningful follow-up, guidance, or support. Communication felt transactional β quick only when scheduling paid telemedicine, and nonexistent when real concerns were raised. Billing practices were equally troubling. I paid out of pocket for telemedicine, while a much higher charge was submitted to my insurance for the same service. Multiple attempts to get clarification were ignored. This experience caused unnecessary physical distress, emotional harm, and financial stress at a very vulnerable time. Patients seeking fertility care deserve careful monitoring, transparency, and compassion. Based on my experience, this clinic failed on all three. Please be cautious and ask very detailed questions before trusting this place with your health.

Mitwally Fertility Clinic Dr. Mitwally is an excellent doctor β very knowledgeable, respected, and professional. I truly appreciate his expertise and care. However, my concern is with the front desk. I have been calling for almost two weeks without getting a proper response, and the staff member I spoke with was arrogant and unhelpful. This made communication very frustrating and does not reflect the high quality of care provided by the doctor.

We absolutely love Dr. Mitwally and his staff! We had been on this infertility journey for almost a decade. We were with another clinic when by chance my husband entered the Mitwally office and here we are with our miracle baby! I still remember when we first met the doctor and he heard our story, he told us, God willing you will have your baby. That spoke directly to my heart and Iβm so glad that God put him in our lives! We canβt say enough great things about his staff as well! From Aisha and Sarah, we appreciate you!

Dr Mitwally and his staff have been amazing to me and my husband. We are from the valley so thank God they have been able to see us on Saturday. We love that Dr is a text/phone call away. We are still trying to conceive but we Trust in God first but also Dr Mitwally. Appreciate you all.

I had a very distressing experience at this clinic that affected me both physically and emotionally. I was given multiple stimulant and HCG injections despite raising concerns about timing and monitoring. I felt that my bodyβs response and my symptoms were not taken seriously, and there was no proper follow-up or adjustment when I tried to communicate my concerns. The lack of availability made things worse. The clinic is only open on limited days, which made proper tracking impossible, and reaching the doctor directly was extremely difficult. Communication only seemed possible when scheduling and paying for telemedicine. After this experience, I was left dealing with significant symptoms and stress without guidance or support from the clinic. There were also serious billing concerns. I paid out of pocket for telemedicine, yet a much higher charge was submitted to my insurance for the same service. Despite repeated attempts to get clarification, no one responded. This was an emotionally vulnerable time for me, and the lack of care, follow-up, and transparency made it much harder. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions and ensure close monitoring before proceeding with treatment here.
