Choosing the right IVF clinic is such an important decision, and we’re so grateful we chose Dr. Retzloff and Dr. Neal. We visited about five clinics before making our decision, and they stood out by providing clear, honest information — including both the pros and cons — which helped us feel confident moving forward. They truly care about their patients and never treat you like just a number. Over time, we built a wonderful relationship with them, and their guidance and support meant everything to us. A special thank you to Monika, Sandra, Ms. Sylvia, Evelyn, Irene, and the entire staff for going above and beyond throughout our journey. Today is our graduation day, and we couldn’t be more thankful. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone in San Antonio looking for compassionate and professional care.

Truly the best clinic ever. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Fertility Center of San Antonio and the incredible team that works there. Going through the IVF process is one of the most emotional and challenging journeys anyone can take, but the care, compassion, and professionalism of everyone here made all the difference for us. From day one, we felt truly supported and cared for — not just as patients, but as people. They treated us like family. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make this experience as smooth and hopeful as possible. The staff up front has been so helpful and patient. The hormones are real, the nursing staff is quick to respond. The portal works much better now. The Doctor’s have been warm welcoming. The new office is very adorable. Water, good AC, clean.

Alyssa was great as soon as I came into the door! She Checked me in super quick and was so friendly! 10/10 recommend Fertility of SA Also I love the new building! It definitely gives a breath of fresh air compared to your past office :)
