Dr Paco and his entire staff are truly amazing. From our first meeting Dr. Paco took the time to explain with details and examples all our options and gave us clear expectations for each path. It took us three tries, but the last one finally brought us our beautiful baby girl. I was naturally nervous and overwhelmed with emotions almost all the time, but after every appointment, the staff were supportive and cheerful that gave me hope and I feel better. I couldn’t be more grateful and I'm so happy to choose this place!

I would like to sincerely thank the Doctor Paco and the entire medical team at the clinic, especially Nurse Lisa Dominguez. She is the best nurse I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, everything felt comfortable and reassuring. Everyone was incredibly kind, caring, and truly professional. I have visited many clinics before, and I can honestly say this is the best clinic I have ever been to. The level of care, organization, and professionalism here is exceptional. You can truly feel that everyone does their work from the heart, not just as a job. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a place where they feel supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. There are no words to describe how blessed and grateful we are to have come across Pozitivf fertility clinic and their amazing staff . The whole team made us feel loved and welcoming from day one. Since we started our process they helped us understand every step of the way by always answering any question or doubts we had. Even though we faced a few obstacles in our process they never let us give up hope. We can gladly say they made this a beautiful experience for us. I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant. Thank you so much to the doctors and nurses for making this journey possible. 100/10 stars we highly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting to start a family.

I began my IVF journey in January 2025 and initially had encouraging results, which resulted in two tested embryos. Unfortunately, both transfers failed to implant. It was already known by the clinic that I had Essure devices in place. At the time, I was unsure why this was not clearly identified or addressed, especially since my current clinic immediately recognized the issue on ultrasound. After transferring care, I underwent a hysteroscopy where a small portion of the Essure device was found and removed from my uterus. Following this, I had to complete an entirely new egg retrieval. Thankfully, I was blessed with three additional tested embryos, and my first transfer at the new clinic was successful I am now pregnant. While I am grateful for this outcome, it is difficult not to reflect on what could have been prevented. Had the Essure issue been properly identified and addressed earlier, it may have saved me significant time, emotional distress, and approximately $20,000 in expenses. More importantly, two viable, tested embryos were lost. Everyone at the clinic was kind, and I acknowledge that. However, kindness does not replace time, resources, or missed opportunities. I also felt increasingly pushed aside during my second transfer, which coincided with the clinic’s efforts to open a new location in Houston. That experience left me feeling as though my care was no longer a priority. I am sharing this not out of hostility, but out of honesty. I believe accountability matters, especially in a process as physically, emotionally, and financially demanding as IVF. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve patient care moving forward.
