When I was searching for a Surrogate agency to work with I didn’t even know where to start. I never received a response or answer to why my application that took 2 hours to fill out was declined, after I had set up a virtual meeting with Ashley Evans only for it to be canceled less than 48 hours prior with no explanation or follow up. I then received an email a few days later saying I was denied. I replied to that email to get more information and was ignored. Last week I sent a follow up email to Miss Evans saying I would appreciate an explanation as this was a huge waste of my time and once again have not recipe a response. I am very disappointed as this company wasted my opportunity window to donate before I start as a doctor in July. Had I known I would be ignored and denied I would have taken my business elsewhere and maybe have been able to complete a cycle.

Shockingly poor service. Emails and voicemails go days and days without response and when you do get a response it is, more often than not, incomplete and unhelpful. For the amount of money it costs, and for the emotional rollercoaster of the process, it's sad to see businesses out there who can't be bothered to treat their patients and customers with some consideration and empathy. And don't waste your time trying to pass constructive feedback along to their leadership team - they can't be bothered to respond
