Do not see Dr. Alvarez at Kindbody. The worst decision I’ve made in my life. If you were a previous patient of Dr. Jeelani go follow her at her new clinic. She really knows what she is doing. Going with him it’s like going backwards. His medication protocols will not grow any eggs and you might ovulate during stimulation. Being a fertility doctor is definitely not his calling, he should be doing something else with his life. I’m not saying this because I didn’t have a success with him. I stayed at Kindbody because all my things were here already. I’ve worked with both of them and you just can’t even compare the approach they have.

I can never thank Dr. Jeelani and her team enough for what they have done for us. Dr. Jeelani was so caring throughout the process and provided great treatment recommendations. She was always available for me to answer any questions throughout the pregnancy. She will always be someone so special for me. She is very passionate in what she does and the best fertility doctor that anyone can have. I'm so glad I was able to work with her! Thank you Dr. Jeelani and the team for all your hard work and genuinely caring for your patients!

Dr Jeelani is a miracle worker and my nurse Maggie was unbelievable. I will never be able to repay them for giving me the greatest gift on earth. Every single sonographer, phlebotomist, receptionist, nurse, etc I worked with was fantastic. Everyone is so kind and gentle. I’m so grateful 🩷

I've been using this practice for a month for fertility testing and planning and cannot recommend them enough! I've had 2 virtual visits and 3 diagnostic visits and every team member I've encountered has been amazing. From the nurses/coordinators, to the ultrasound and lab technicians/nurses, to my doctor every person has been respectful, friendly, compassionate and understanding. The billing has been very clear from my initial consult and any time I have questions they send over a financial update. The team is super responsive via the portal (I usually have a response within hours but at most 24 hours - even on the weekend!) and I find the portal super useful for keeping track of everything. I started this journey very hesitant and even overwhelmed but now feel informed and confident about my fertility journey. Thank you so much Kindbody ❤️

I deeply regret choosing this company for my fertility journey. I went through multiple egg retrievals and, instead of support, experienced poor staff interactions and ongoing administrative disorganization. Three years later, I’m still receiving unexpected bills blamed on “system updates,” which only underscores how unreliable their record-keeping appears to be. While paying substantial storage fees, I’m left questioning the accuracy of their database. No one should have to worry about whether their eggs and other vital information are being safeuarded properly tracked. If you are considering this clinic, I strongly urge you to thoroughly research other options before committing.
