I was recently a surrogate for FSC and I can’t recommend this agency enough. It’s so daunting to think about the process in the beginning but they truly help you through it every single step of the way. From the time I started my application I had the sweetest people from the agency reaching out to me to help me along and make it less overwhelming. My case manager, Tiffany, was a literal God send and was always there for me anytime I needed anything. She comforted me through all my nervousness and uncertainty with meds/traveling and always made me feel so supported with whatever I had going on. It’s so obvious that the people who work here all feel so passionate about what they do. I would be a surrogate for FSC a million times if I could! 🥰

This is my first journey as a surrogate, I have been working with this company for about 2 months now and they have been nothing but pleasant and very helpful through this journey! They keep in contact they keep you informed with every step of the way so far. This journey can be exciting but very nervous at the same time but they have made it a smooth ride so far. I have been matched and I can not wait to finish this journey with this great family that I created with this company. Everyone has been very sweet! Thank you!

I have had an amazing experience using FSC from the very first phone call. FSC made it very easy to go through the process of becoming a surrogate with having a case coordinator that checks in regularly to help you keep everything in line from appointments to day to day questions. I am now 20 weeks pregnant with surro babe and couldn’t recommend this agency enough ❤️

Intended parents, be careful to sign contracts with FSC, their terms do not favor you. We paid the fee on 1/13/2023 and they provided 3 candidates on 11/11/2023, 5/15/2024 and 5/16/2024, and for the candidate 5/15/2024 we are very satisfied and we are willing to pay additional 20k (or 40%) surrogate's compensation, but the surrogate still turn us down saying long distance travel to California (if the distance is a issue for the surrogate, why recommend this candidate to us, we are in California since we signed contractor with FSC). They recommended 3 candidates for the last 2 year 3 months, and some candidates we are not sure are real or fake, because they use weird reasons (long distance to California even if we provide 20k more compensation) to reject us. And we found another surrogate agency who responded fastly and gave us great candidates matching without asking up front fees. FSC refused to refund because “Intended Parents are not presented with any Gestational Surrogate candidates meeting their criteria within twelve (12) months of the Registration Phase payment…” and they can simply provide any candidate surrogate matching intended parents' criteria no matter if the intended parents match the surrogate preference. This sounds like a scam for the intended parents.

Family Source Consultant has been amazing throughout this journey. From the introduction interview we felt like a person and we felt heard. FSC got to know us and our story and that was big for us. Working with Tiffany through this process she has been very responsive and has always been available to answer all our questions and just being our cheerleader every step of the way. We were so scared going into this journey not knowing what to expect but she’s explained every step and provided material along the way. We could not have asked for a better agency to help us make becoming a family a reality.
