If I could give this practice 12 stars I would. Dr. Mullin, and her staff (ALL of them) from her front desk, sono tech, NP, Nurses are exceptional providers and humans. You will not feel like you have entered a baby making factory at this practice. You will feel seen and heard and receive all the support you will need to go on this crazy emotional journey. You are not alone and this team will be on your side to answer every question by phone or email, literally any day of the week. I can't possibly begin to explain how thankful I am for the professionalism, intelligence, compassion and camaraderie of team Mullin.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Northwell Health Fertility at Mineola (and Manhasset)! After months of trying to conceive, Dr. Mullin and her team gave me not only expert care but also genuine compassion and encouragement every step of the way. From the very first consultation, I felt heard, respected, and supported. Dr Mullin, the nurses, and staff were always available to answer my questions and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and full of hope. They took the time to tailor a plan that was right for my body and my journey, and thanks to their dedication—I’m now pregnant! I will forever be grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and relentless commitment to making dreams come true. If you're looking for a fertility clinic that truly cares, this is the place. Terrible staff who genuinely don’t care about their patients. Went to them two years ago as we were struggling to conceive. They advised me I needed to get blood work done. I mentioned to them that due to a very sensitive situation at work, I was unable to leave work for labs and needed to get them done before my work day started. They promised the labs would be sent in. I wake up early and take my daughter to go get to labs done- were they sent in? No. I reached out to the doctors office while I was at the lab and they didn’t answer. So I wasted my time traveling there. When I reached out, they did not care that they had forgotten to send the labs. I eventually had an HSG done which was ordered by them, and I immediately got pregnant. I called because I was bleeding non stop and they said that I was no longer their patient since I had gotten pregnant. Well that seems silly as I went to YOU to get pregnant and got pregnant after you guys ordered me to get an HSG. So with a history of miscarriage and recently moving back to the island, I was struggling to find an OB to take me. Despite me bleeding non stop while newly pregnant, the fertility clinic refused to see me. Now fast forward two years later, they say they don’t offer patient portals (despite having an email from the two years ago with a patient portal temporary log in). I did as they said and I submitted a medical records request on June 26. They say it takes UP TO 10 days. They’re rude whenever I call to ask for an update. Why does your email say to give you 24-48 hours for a status update and then get annoyed when the patient calls? When I called around day 7 the girl advised me they haven’t even submitted my request. I called again day 9 and she said “well we’re in the 10 days window soooo”. I call day 12 and still no records. I advised I had a new appointment with a new fertility clinic and needed the records. She said she would expedite it. Records came on day 16. The Dr. also has NO bedside manners. Rude, rude, rude. Don’t waste your time ! They are not compassionate and incompetent of doing their job.

I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, during my lunch break. The staff was talking to a patient who was getting bloodwork - the conversation was very loud and clearly wasn't about the blood work, as they were discussing retirement and how they couldn’t decide what state to retire in for nearly 30 Minutes. They continued to have personal discussions, all while I patiently waited during my limited lunch break. I was the only person in the waiting room. When I went up to speak to the staff to get an update on when they may be able to take me, they pretended to not see/hear me at first. While I appreciate all of the hard work nurses do, the fact that I sat there, without the courtesy of any update, while personal conversations went on, is unprofessional and frankly, disrespectful. I regret even making the appointment.

Dr. Mullin and everyone on her team were great. Always seen within 15 minutes of walking in and everyone knew me by name by my 2nd visit. I got so much care and support, they were genuinely happy every time they called me with a good news. Currently in my 3rd trimester after one failed transfer so I'm grateful to God indeed 🙏
