Great service and the staff are super helpful. My wife and I had a mix up with a payment that got sent to collections, but we had some help from a the wonderful Tracy Curiel. She went way out of her way to help us with it and figure out the error. Got it all sorted thanks to her! 10/10

When working with a clinic, ALL billing should be consolidated. I should not have to pay so many entities separately. I understand pharmacies being different but constantly being bombarded with the "well, there's a late fee if not paid 3 days before your procedure" when I don't even know when my procedure is - ridiculous. For the amount we pay, this is boutique level healthcare. The entire process should be far more streamlined and simplified. You're dealing with patients who are already stressed and have so much on their plate. When paying $20k +/round, you should be hand holding clients every step of the way quite frankly. The options are limited in West Michigan and they are one of the few operations in town. So we are stuck with you, unless we want to travel back to Metro Detroit for care.

I had to prepay for all my services and didn’t know exactly what the money was covering. And the amounts are high ($11k, $2.5k, & $1.3k) and wouldn’t get told I owe until next appointments and couldn’t schedule other appointments if they weren’t paid. Then continued to get bills in the mail after services and only have like 5 days to pay so would just pay. Finally called and ask for an itemized breakdown of what all I had paid for. Then found out I have been overpaying and they weren’t applying my credits to these bills. Then after my transfer date, I had to call again and see how much money was on my account because they had me pay for the thaw when I already had the money on there. So I had to tell them to refund me the money that wasn’t used. The itemized receipts/invoices will not show you that you have funds they owe you back. SO BE SURE TO ***ASK FOR YOUR REFUNDS***!!! So, sad they make this so much harder for people already going through something so emotional, physical, and financially stressful.

Billing is a mess. They won't contact you until it's about to go to collections. I had been looking on their app for a bill but there wasn't one. I called multiple times but, no response. Then it goes into late status without your knowledge, locking you out of other services with your other fertility providers connected to them and you lose billing and historical billing functionality for those systems. They would rather auto email you with a robot you when it's about to go to collections. Do not use Ovation, The Fertility Clinic or any of their associates in Michigan. They refused to pay for the Epic Video subscription for my state making me pay full price for less than half an appointment because of self influcted 'technical difficulties', which they billed my insurance full price for. Stay away.
