I cannot recommend this egg freezing clinic enough! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The entire staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportiveβ€”they truly make you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made what could be an overwhelming process feel empowering and smooth. The facility is beautiful, organized, and calming, and the level of care is truly top-tier. If you’re considering egg freezing in Chicago, this is absolutely the place to go. I felt genuinely cared for, supported, and respected throughout my entire journey. Highly, highly recommend!

I would rate OVA 10 stars if I could. I came to OVA after a previous cycle that was extremely stressful and yielded a poor result. The nurses, doctors, and staff at OVA were fantastic. I felt informed and supported through every step of the process and ultimately had a 4x better outcome with their team's guidance! They really know what they're doing and will take great care of you, I would recommend OVA to anyone.

I recently finished my first round of egg freezing with OVA. Overall, it was very positive and I would recommend them. I will say the first time I went into the office, it was a bit jarring since it didn't resemble a typical doctor's office and was tastefully decorated. But I quickly came to find that space comforting, not something you'd find in a doctor's office. I started my journey in February with them and finished in October, which was at my request since I was uncertain I wanted to go forward with this process and wanted to pick a time of year that worked best for me. Throughout that time, they were very communicative, not pushy, and we had multiple meetings and emails to answer any and all questions I had. Everything was done in steps that felt achievable and I had plenty of time to get done. For the actual injection stage, I had the same nurse doing my blood draws and ultrasounds each visit and she was at my retrieval, which I appreciated. They were super quick to respond to any questions I had during the injection stage and I had more than enough medication on hand to ensure a smooth process. The day of the retrieval was quick and smooth. Going into this process I had a lot of anxiety and fear of the unknowns, but their readiness to answer any and all of my questions helped me feel confident in proceeding.

The team at Ova is incredibly kind and professional and makes a process that could be difficult and cumbersome instead easy and efficient. Their office is conveniently located downtown and monitoring appointments are quick. I felt I was in great hands at their clinic, enjoyed working with their team, and would recommend Ova to anyone considering this service.

I had a really great experience at Ova for egg freezing. The staff are really great to work with - everyone you meet through the process is so nice and helpful. It seems like they have a really good process down and a lot of reminders and tips to make sure you are doing everything correctly and more likely to succeed. You mostly deal with the nurses and US tech/plebotomist, but you do have an opportunity to talk to a doctor before everything gets started and ask all the questions you have. I ended up paying cash for everything because my insurance excluded coverage for volunteer egg freezing, unfortunately. However, the ultimate cost ended up being very close to what Rachel laid out in our initial call. I do have some unopened meds left over which I might try to use for one more cycle, but the only thing I would ask next time is that we more tightly manage the med quantities so I don't end up with extra boxes of the expensive ones (gonal-f and menopur). I understand it's really hard to know what you'll need for the first cycle though. All in all a good experience!
