My wife underwent three IUI procedures at this facility/doctor, all of which were unsuccessful. The procedures, including sperm transfer, were conducted by nurses rather than physicians. Despite certain abnormal parameters, the staff proceeded with treatment, and the nurses’ technical proficiency appeared inadequate.

I love how she took her time with me and my husband as a person and not as a number and answered all our questions when ever we had any,and she always answered me honestly and didn't sugar coat anything or beat around the bush,i just asked her to be very honest with us no matter what it is and im VERY thankful she was and in the end me and my husband came out with a very healthy baby girl....... THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr. Luu and staff for everything

Dr. Luu was kind, thoughtful, and excessively thorough. She used evidence based practices and natural cycles. I was pregnant with my second donor egg IVF baby in one cycle with her expertise.

My husband and I cannot recommend Dr. Luu highly enough. We felt cared for in a process that had highs and lows. Dr. Luu took the time to call or zoom to go over results and plan of care. Her knowledge and empathy made us feel supported on our journey to welcoming our baby girl.

After two failed IVF cycles at another clinic in another state, my husband and I came to Dr. Luu feeling discouraged but hopeful. We were dealing with male factor infertility and needed a physician who would listen to us and help us explore new options. From our very first appointment, Dr. Luu did exactly that. She took the time to understand our history, listened carefully to both of us, and approached our case with thoughtfulness and determination. With her guidance, we completed three IVF cycles. During that process, we made one critical change that we believe made all the difference — undergoing a testicular sperm extraction (TESE). Our previous doctor had discouraged this option, saying it was too costly and instead attempted to retrieve sperm from my husband’s urine, which ultimately did not work for us. Dr. Luu was willing to revisit the strategy and support us in pursuing what we believed could improve our chances. Because of that decision — and her expertise — we were finally able to get pregnant. Today we are the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy who weighed 7 lbs 5 oz at birth. There are no words to fully express our gratitude. If you are looking for a doctor who listens and partners with you on your journey, we cannot recommend Dr. Luu highly enough. We will be forever grateful.
