We cannot speak highly enough of UI Health Care WDM. From the very beginning, this clinic has been a place of hope, support, and expert care for my husband and I during one of the most emotional and complex journeys we've ever faced. Every member of the team — from the front desk to our incredible nurses and doctor — has made us feel supported, understood, and cared for. What sets them apart is the personalized approach they take to treatment. We've never had the same protocol twice, and that's something we deeply value and appreciate. It shows how committed they are to tailoring care to our specific needs, using all of their knowledge and experience to think creatively and collaboratively. Even though we haven't had success yet, we've always felt confident that we are in the best hands possible. We also love how easy it is to communicate through MyChart. Having the ability to ask questions and get thoughtful responses in between appointments has helped ease a lot of the stress that comes with infertility treatments. We hold the highest level of respect for this entire team. They have truly been the best part of our journey — and no matter the outcome, we’ll forever be grateful for their kindness, patience, and unwavering dedication.

We are really like Dr Mancuso . She makes our life change . We are happy now with two cute little boys . All the staffs are really lovely and sweetheart there at Iowa city and special teams of Dr Mancuso in Urbandale now . I tell so many friends to go there ,They are having beautiful kids also We and other friends to went different place so many times and lost a lot Money and got the end with tears But here Iowa city comes in town . We are so lucky with other tried and successful Hope will see other people to get kid after so many years to try like me . I was try 13 years with all different ways and different places Thanks Dr Mancuso and Iowa city team Chi Truong

We switched to this clinic after going through the IUI process and having some unfortunate experiences at another local clinic. Our experience was nothing short of positive once we made the switch to U of I. They were upfront about pricing, listened to our concerns and goals, made a plan with us and stuck to it, made changes to medications that the other clinic did not and we now have an almost 2 year old that was born after our first go at IVF. I recommend this clinic to my friends that are struggling any chance I get---the staff was kind, understanding and communicated with us frequently. Thank you for giving us one of our biggest blessings

The clinic mentioned self pay discount one time and never did again. They kept billing my insurance at a higher rate than I had to pay. I had no fertility benefits but they asked for my insurance card every time. I could have saved roughly $1000.00 or more on healthcare. It’s sad. You want to get pregnant you don’t have insurance coverage and they don’t tell you you should just pay the cash rate and go on a payment plan. It’s a 30% savings. It’s predatory type of sales work in the accounting office and it should not be. One test through insurance was $500.00, cash rate is $350.00 dollars. Again and again, I paid more because the office kept going through my insurance. Women are so vulnerable when trying to get pregnant we will do anything. But please if you see an opportunity to save on financial expenses address it to all your future patients. To have financial debt from this already stressful time is the worst feeling. Remember, financial wellness impacts fertility because stress impacts fertility.

We switched to this clinic after we struggled with fertility issues and had gone to another clinic. We immediately noticed positive differences and felt our issues were not only heard, but addressed realistically and with care. Currently sitting here with our new baby who would not be here without this amazing team of medical professionals. We appreciate them everyday and know that we trusted the right experts to guide us to this outcome.
