IP here met with the team for information regarding their agency and surrogacy in general. The conversation felt like a sales pitch. We told them we were looking into adoption as well, only to have the owner, Dee, tell us we could go that route but the child would have ADHD, psych trauma, and spoke poorly on adoption then said something along the lines of 'it takes special people to go that route if you feel like you are that person' or something along those lines. In my opinion it felt taunting, and disrespectful to the industry. Definitely trying to scare us away from adoption and towards surrogacy/his company. They warned us about other agencies and said 'we could go another route but we would be running back to him saying that he told us so, therefore he is telling us now' - It was just weird. The female on the phone spoke over me, cutting me off four or more times I asked a question. They said most wait lists are 1 to 2 years, which is not true. Felt like they were taking advantage of us bc we were new to the process. We since have met with about 10-12 agencies and each conversation was completely different than this one. It is sad this was our first because it really was hard for my husband and I to get this bad first impression of the industry. I suggest looking elsewhere. This did not feel like someone who cared about us, it felt like an aggressive sales pitch. Just my personal experience.

I started my Surrogacy journey in January. So far I have no real issue with the company. I get responses to questions or concerns in a timely manner. Dr. Pooja Patel has helped me through my entire gestational carrier journey so far. She has made sure everything is getting done and talking me through everything. This is my second journey as a surrogate. And I will say the only difference so far has been that it is taking a little longer than the last time I did. But it seems like there’s a lot more steps than when I previously did it seven years ago. But we are still getting manner. And once you connect with the family, I feel like everything will being moving much quicker and smoother for the most part.

Dr. Pooja Patel has been so attentive and helpful throughout this journey. I matched with my IPs quickly and have met with them over zoom. I have my first appt with the fertility clinic out of state coming up and have already been reimbursed for the travel and accommodations. Dr. Patel is always checking in and updating me on the next steps. I have had a great experience so far with this agency. -Amanda B

Dr.Pooja Patel has been wonderful throughout my surrogacy journey! She is always there if I need her and if she isn’t there’s always someone else to take my calls I’m very happy I picked this company to use.
