San Diego Fertility Center was absolutely the right choice for our IVF journey. From start to finish, we felt supported, cared for, and truly understood. Dr. Park, Kristan Kane, Chloe Westwood, and the entire SDFC team exceeded every expectation and made what can be an overwhelming process feel organized, compassionate, and manageable. Our initial consultation was thorough and reassuring, and we immediately felt confident in the care we were receiving. Throughout the journey, communication and support were excellent, especially once we began working with our coordinator Chloe, who was incredibly organized, responsive, and proactive. She made everything feel smoother and far less stressful. The egg retrieval and transfer experiences were both very positive. The team took the time to explain each step, check in with us, and ensure we felt comfortable and supported. Dr. Park and Kristan Kane were exceptional - calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident every step of the way. The rest of the staff were always kind, attentive, and professional, and we truly felt cared for at every visit. We were seen at both the Del Mar and Mission Valley offices, and the care was consistently excellent at both locations. While we didn’t see Dr. Park at every appointment, she clearly oversaw our care and personally handled the most important procedures. The team-based approach worked beautifully and made the entire process feel seamless. We are deeply grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown to us and cannot recommend San Diego Fertility Center highly enough to anyone beginning their fertility journey.

San Diego Fertility Center was recommended by a friend of mine. We called and made appointment the following week. Dr. Wilson was absolutely fabulous. She read my intake paperwork and knew my history before the appointment. She answered all my questions and laid out all potential treatment options and next steps for my husband and I. She walked us through the pelvic ultrasound which was so helpful and eased some of our nerves. The office is beautiful and quiet, easy parking. They lay out all prices of testing and potential treatment options right at the beginning which was so helpful for financial planning. We are just getting started but so far this clinic has been perfect for us :)

Our experience at San Diego Fertility Center, unfortunately, was not a positive one. From the start, it felt very much like a revolving door—impersonal and rushed. Our initial consultation with Dr. Friedman lasted barely five minutes, and at nearly every appointment after that, we saw a different face rather than consistent care. After going through two failed IUI cycles, we decided to look elsewhere for a clinic we could truly trust as we moved toward the IVF process. In hindsight, we’re grateful that our IUI experience here gave us a preview of how the clinic operates, because it pushed us to find another clinic that we absolutely love—and the difference has been like night and day. If you are looking for a more personal, supportive approach during such an important journey, I would not recommend this clinic.

We had our first consultation at San Diego Fertility Center and were so impressed with the experience. The entire team was knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel comfortable right away. They took the time to answer our questions, explain the process clearly, and made us feel truly cared for. We’re excited and confident about continuing our journey with this amazing team!

I could not have imagined a better experience at SDFC. They completely take care of you, work diligently around your schedule (mine was demanding), and always have someone on call or coordinators over email to answer any questions at any time. I do not have enough good things to say about San Diego Fertility Center and would recommend to anyone I love strongly to go here to handle all fertility needs. I'd also like to point out that the bedside manner of all professionals you work with is outstanding; they are very understanding of your experience and make everything feel easy and casual even when sometimes it does not feel that way. I am so deeply appreciative to the amazingly talented people at SDFC.
