Iβm incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism I experienced at RMA. From intake through scheduling and treatment, the entire team is proactive, responsive, and genuinely kind, making an otherwise overwhelming process feel manageable. My nurses consistently followed up, returned calls promptly, and made themselves available by phone or app to answer questions. I always felt supported and informed. Dr. Landay and her team are wonderful, and I canβt thank them enough for guiding me through my egg-freezing experience.

Unfortunately, my experience with RMA SoCal began on a very poor note. I was directed to Ashley, the Admin Manager, to ask questions about my consent forms. She became frustrated quickly, spoke to me in a patronizing manner, and repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking. When I asked if I could please finish my sentence, she responded, βNo,β and said she had other patients to attend to. She then told me that because I would not sign the documents (without having my question answered), my appointment would be canceled and their legal team would contact me. This felt like a major missed opportunity to build trust at the very beginning of care. Consent forms explicitly encourage patients to ask questions, yet when I did exactly that, I was dismissed in a condescending and abrupt manner. The strong pressure to sign documents without discussion, followed by hostility when questions were raised, made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. Even if I do hear back from their legal team, this interaction alone has made me question whether this is a place where patient concerns are respected. Iβm sharing this so others are aware of how questions about consent may be handled before deciding to move forward.

Thanks to Dr. Kimβs guidance and the kind support of the staff, my husband and I were able to complete our infertility journey with hope and confidence. Our experience at RMA was a positive one, and weβll always remember it as a meaningful and cherished part of our lives.

They are only looking to take your money!! I came in and was immediately given a PCOS diagnoses without any hormonal lab work or health screening. When I was shocked to hear this sudden diagnosis Dr Ghazal said βI was one of the lucky onesβ and sat me down with her financial coordinator to discusses how I plan to pay for 10s of thousands of dollars in IUI and IVF treatments. She ordered blood work that only consisted on a CBC and T4 order. There was no day 21 test, no testosterone test, and nothing else related to my hormonal balances. I waited to get a second opinion from my OBGYN and was told that I certainly do NOT have PCOS and that I am in fact perfectly healthy. I went though months of anxiety regarding my fertility status for absolutely nothing while I am sure this facility preys on perfectly healthy women for their financial benefit.

My husband and I are beyond grateful for Dr. Kim and his team. He made us both feel very comfortable and explained everything so thoroughly. He shared his own personal experience and I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. We had gone to other clinics before coming to RMA and they were such a waste of time and money, either telling us we needed a bunch of tests or making us do other unnecessary procedures. From the very first consultation with Dr. Kim he immediately informed us that I had a Diminished Ovarian Reserve and that we needed to move quickly in order to gather as many remaining eggs as soon as possible. He put me on medication that very day and I was grateful that we were moving forward with a solid IVF plan. I honestly loved coming to the clinic, the ladies who drew my blood would always make me laugh and Dr. Kim was always in a kind mood and I never felt like he was rushing to get to other patients. Even during our phone calls when there might not be great news to deliver, he still did so with such empathy that compassion. His nurse Emily Wright was wonderful to deal with and she always made sure that all of my questions were answered. I can't recommend this place enough. We are currently 9 months pregnant and waiting for our little miracle man to arrive any day now and it is all thanks to Dr. Kim and his team.
