After more than five years of infertility, I can finally say I’m pregnant — and I owe so much of that to Dr. Pena and the incredible team at RMA IVF. From the very beginning, Dr. Pena was compassionate, thorough, and genuinely invested in our journey. After my second embryo transfer, he personally called me after hours to check in, review my care plan, and make sure I felt comfortable with the next steps. That level of dedication and accessibility meant more than I can put into words. The nursing staff was equally amazing. They answered every single one of my (many!) questions with patience and kindness. No concern ever felt “too small,” and I was never made to feel anxious or silly. The entire team was consistently optimistic, encouraging, and welcoming — which makes such a difference when you’re navigating something as emotional as infertility. RMA IVF created an environment where I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. After years of heartbreak, they helped give us hope again — and now, our miracle.

Dr. Pena and his team made our IVF journey surprisingly smooth and stress-free. The office is exceptionally organized—appointments are easy to schedule, wait times are short, and the nurses always call promptly with results and next steps. Dr. Pena is incredibly responsive; every question was answered quickly and clearly. All of the nurses are kind and patient, but the surgery center team in Melville is truly outstanding—they make you feel safe, calm, and cared for when you’re most vulnerable. The entire process felt convenient, organized, and genuinely supportive. Dr. Pena is compassionate, knowledgeable, and always kind. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his practice to anyone pursuing IVF—you’ll be in wonderful hands.

We had such a great experience with this RMA LI. Dr. Pena was incredibly knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. Me and my husband have had such an amazing experience with Dr. Pena and his whole team explained every step of the process clearly, which helped with the mental and physical part of the process.
