We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Dr. Harris guide us through our IVF journey. What began as a daunting and nerve-wracking process quickly became manageable and reassuring once we met him. From the very start, he ensured we were fully informed and supported at every step. After each appointment and test, he took the time to explain everything with kindness, patience, and genuine understanding. His friendly nature made every session feel lighter and far less stressful. He even called after each visit to discuss results and outline the next steps, which meant a great deal to us. Thanks to his expertise, we experienced excellent outcomes during the process as well as throughout my first trimester. He consistently recommended what was truly best and most convenient for us. With Dr. Harris as our doctor, we felt confident, supported, and fully informed throughout the entire process. We were also very lucky to have Lauren as our patient care advocate who managed all communication and coordination till we graduated. Throughout the entire process, Lauren ensured everything was timely, clear, and seamless. From the treatment calendar and tests to ultrasounds and prescriptions, she kept us fully informed every step of the way. She reached out both by phone and message, always making sure my questions were answered. Her empathy, patience, and warmth were truly reassuring. Lauren was consistently supportive, cheerful, and prompt, especially during the treatment cycles when timing is so critical. She delivered every piece of advice with clarity and kindness. Our experience at RSC has been nothing short of exceptional. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had such a dedicated team supporting us throughout this journey. Their unwavering commitment to helping patients achieve their family-planning goals with genuine care, compassion, and warmth, played a major role in our positive outcome. IVF can be a stressful process that requires patience, but the RSC team truly understands this. They made every step feel manageable and supported, ensuring the journey was as seamless as possible. The staff consistently ensured we had all the information we needed. Communication was smooth and thorough, whether it was about medical guidance, prescriptions, insurance, financial matters, or anything else related to our care. The Reproductive Science Center of the Bay Area used an in-house egg donor to create me. When I developed severe health issues in my teens, my wonderful mom called RSC to ask if these issues were in the family history. RSC refused to help, saying that they don't keep records that long (and unfortunately, donor conception clinics are not required to do so for longer than eight years anywhere in the USA). It turns out that some of my issues are in the family history (which was NOT yet known at the time of donation, so they weren't in the records my parents received - keep in mind that the records you get are a snapshot of a young healthy person, and that can and often does change), but I did not get to find that out from RSC - they didn’t lift a finger to help us or to get any updated info from the donor. This endangered my life, and they did not care at all. This could happen to your family too! Please protect your children by not using an anonymous donor, so that they have access to ACCURATE AND UPDATED medical information. Most clinics will not take it upon themselves to give you health updates, even if donors have contacted them to try to help. Nowhere in America are clinics required to verify the medical information that donors report, and they are not required to keep records, so you MUST do that work for your family yourself by choosing an open ID (ideally from birth) donor, or a known donor with legal contracts in place. Then even if your child gets sick and RSC refuses to help you, you can keep your child alive and healthy. Their doctors are excellent at medical care, at least in my family's experience, so if you’re just using them for non-donor IVF, ICSI, or IUI they are probably great. But their ethics and their approach to donor conception are not. Your donor conceived baby will grow up and become a donor conceived adult who deserves access to their own genetic information.

I worked with Dr. Reid from the San Mateo office and the experience was seamless start to finish. The offices and appointments are so streamlined that every single appointment I had was always on time at all the locations. They were flexible with transferring care when we moved and the Patient Care Advocates are all knowledgeable and will talk you through all your questions! Dr. Reid worked with us through our treatment plan and provided useful advice along the way. Highly recommend all of their locations.

After two years of infertility, I can finally say I AM PREGNANT!!!! 💙🎉✨ I am endlessly grateful for my care team (Dr. Wachs and Salina) who supported me through a difficult IVF journey and helped keep me steady and hopeful. Dr. Wachs’ bedside manner is exceptional she listened, answered every question with patience and compassion, and helped ease my fears throughout treatment. And Salina made sure I was informed every step of the way, communicating clearly, kindly, and often. I truly felt they both went above and beyond for me, and while I’ll miss working with them, I’m so, so thankful for this outcome. Baby boy arriving June 2026 🥹🤍

A big shout-out to Dr. Lee and our case manager, Ella. We are beyond grateful for their constant support. Without them, we cannot imagine the joy of holding our son in our arms today. They gave us hope and strength throughout the journey and made this Christmas truly unforgettable for our family. We would definitely recommend RSC to any friends who met the same situation!
