Very friendly staff. The Doctor very nice, listening, and answered all questions. I felt very good going there, this was my first time being seen there. First impression is always important and mine was great. It's clean, comfortable and just a good vibe over all. I am so happy I was referred there and I hope I can stay with Procreate Fertility Center of Virginia, Newport News. Every Women needs a great OBGYN. 🤗

I had a wonderful appointment with Dr Jackson yesterday. From the most she walked in the door with her infectious smile, I knew I was in the right place and felt completely at ease. She listened to and addressed all of my concerns. She is a wonderful caring person and a thoroughly competent clinician. I would recommend her to any of my family or friends without hesitation.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Procreate Fertility of Virginia. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely cared for and supported through every step of our journey. The entire staff is warm, knowledgeable, and compassionate, exactly what you hope for during such a personal and emotional process. The doctors took the time to explain every option in detail, answered all of our questions with patience, and never made us feel rushed. The nurses were equally amazing kind, responsive, and truly invested in our care. It felt like we were in the hands of people who truly care about their patients. One of the biggest stressors in fertility treatment is often the financial aspect, and I have to say the billing department at Procreate Fertility was outstanding. They walked us through every part of the process, helped clarify insurance coverage, and worked with us to create a plan that made treatment more manageable. They were always upfront, responsive, and transparent, no surprises, which is so important when you're already dealing with the emotional weight of fertility care. Thanks to the incredible team at Procreate, we always felt supported and empowered throughout our journey. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility support in Virginia.

Bad experience with their billing process. Used their app, paid bills through their app and somehow got a debt collection bill about a bill that never showed up on my account. Contacted them but no response after multiple calls and email.
