I can’t recommend NYC IVF enough. Dr. Elassar and her entire team, from nurses and embryologists to the billing staff, are truly exceptional. Everything is under one roof, making the process smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. This is our second successful embryo transfer with NYC IVF. we are already blessed with beautiful 3-year-old daughter thanks to them, and now we are pregnant again. Dr. Elassar is kind, professional, and incredibly supportive, and the same dedicated team has been with us throughout the years. The care is very personalized, and you never feel like just a number. NYC IVF truly feels like part of our family. I’m forever grateful for their care, compassion, and expertise.

Dr Elassar and the team at NYC IVF are simply the best at what they do. After multiple failures with a different clinic, we made the decision to switch to NYC IVF on the recommendation of a few friends, some of whom had also been through a lengthy IVF process, and for the first time we experienced success. We are beyond grateful to the entire team, who have been so responsive, supportive, compassionate, and just generally great to work with. The team also tailored my treatment plan for some of my medical complications, and the routine bloodwork and scans all went smoothly.

I had a great experience at NYCIVF during my recent fertility consult. The entire team was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Elassar was very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The bloodwork and scan were handled smoothly, and the medical team was great throughout the process, especially Isabelle and Elena. I was also really appreciative of their admin team, especially Kim at the front desk who was fantastic with scheduling and made everything so easy. I had my second egg freezing experience at NYC IVF and cannot say enough good things about them. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive. I genuinely felt cared for throughout the whole process. Everything was so seamless and personalized. They were always available to answer questions, adjust things as needed, and make what can be a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I always felt like I was in very capable hands. This is not an easy process to go through, but NYC IVF made it feel as supportive and human as possible. I will absolutely be back when I’m ready to use my eggs, and I’m very grateful to this team for how they showed up for me. Highly recommend!
