Words can NOT describe the love & care new hope gave my husband & I. Dr.Zhang & his team/staff are amazing. I’m so glad we choose new hope as our clinic for our emotional journey. They helped made our dreams come true. I am now graduated from new hope pregnant with our beautiful baby. Very well organized clinic. No waiting time at all during monitoring. Getting responses on time from Nurses is great. Everyone is staying on top of things. Coordinators are very helpful and detiled. I have to mention Kseniya Rodkina who always goes above and beyond. Doctors are very nice, knowledgeable and retrievals are easy. My favorite is Dr Zeitoun. He is super gentle during retrieval with no afterpain when meds wore off. Overall, very happy with New Hope!

My family is two for two with New Hope. We have nothing but fantastic things to say about our experience with New Hope. We found NH to be professional in every way. We looked at other clinics and got the impression from day 1 that NH is a leader in the industry and has an extreme statistical approach with an immense amount of historical data collection to help everyone. After a year of care at New Hope fertility center I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. From the front desk staff to the medical assistants I saw several times a week, every person I encountered was warm, kind, and supportive—during both the joyful and the difficult moments. Even the building’s doorman went out of his way to be welcoming. Having a dedicated team of compassionate nurses, especially Nurse Silva, and Maria from sonogram team made a challenging journey feel manageable. Their support truly made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful for everything New Hope fertility center has done for us.
