I never even got a chance to go inside. For some reason my insurance placed me with a PCP here, I have been calling for a week now trying to schedule an appointment for my asthma and no one can answer the phone. It doesn’t matter if it’s morning or noon it just rings, doesn’t matter what extension I push it rings and goes to voicemail. It was easier to call my insurance and get my provider changed than to schedule an appointment at this place. INSANE! I couldn’t imagine if I was pregnant what a headache!!!

Do not come here.I used to come here when I was pregnant few years back and got my ultrasounds done here.The person that performed the ultrasounds forgot to mention that my baby had a condition, we did not find out about my son's condition until I was literally giving birth. Gastroschisis is what my son has an they never mentioned during my visits to the doctor. Throughout my visits they were suppose to prep me for a c-section because that was is practiced when a baby has Gastroschisis but not in this case since they neglected to tell me that my son had Gastroschisis, so please do not come here for the safety of you and your baby.

To be honest, I don’t even know how to feel. I feel played—and now my health is at risk. I received my prenatal care here, and if there’s anything I can say to other women, especially women of color, it’s this: Do your research. They have a program called Neighbor that’s specifically for African American women. You're treated by doctors and staff who are also women of color, which initially feels comforting. The team is nice, attentive, and they provide a lot of helpful resources through the program. But behind all that, there’s a lot of gaslighting. If you have fibroids, they will push C-sections on you constantly, labeling you as “high risk” or insisting on induction. The truth is, they want you to deliver on their schedule, not yours. Looking back, I wish I would’ve just waited for natural labor. Inductions often lead to C-sections when they don’t work—and that’s exactly what happened to me. Now, my body doesn’t feel the same. I’m stiff, in constant pain, and I can’t even do basic tasks for long without my body locking up like I have arthritis. Before the C-section, I was perfectly fine. Another thing—your doctor isn’t even the one who delivers your baby. Some random doctor you’ve never met shows up when it’s time. And the hospital experience? That’s a whole other issue. The bathroom was disgusting, the delivery room was tiny and uncomfortable—just overall not the environment you’d hope for during such a major moment in your life. Please, if you’re expecting—especially if you’re a Black woman—advocate for yourself. Ask questions. Don’t just accept everything they tell you

Dr. Kennedy has changed my life for the better. I came in seeking help and I received that plus more. She even noticed things other doctors didn't. She makes me feel safe, seen and heard. She never rushes me when I ask multiple questions or seeking better understanding. I cannot thank her enough for all her help. The office staff can be busy but they are very helpful. The assistance I last received was so nice she made me feel comfortable and heard. She even checked in on me to let me know they were running a little behind but that they did not forget about me.
