First, we love the Kindbody staff in San Diego and in Newport. The nurses and doctors really care and are super welcoming. The offices are also overtly LGBT and BIPOC welcoming. Kindbody has been our second fertility clinic and because one round of IVF is covered by our insurance, we have not paid a dime for any services or medications and we have gone through one round of IVF and one embryo transfer. That has been amazing! There a couple of reasons that I cannot give 5 stars. The way that this clinic works is that there is one doctos servicing many many patients and your contact with the doctor is limited. All of your ultrasounds are with nurses and almost all communication is through nurses. Most of the time, this is great, but we did have a situation with one nurse who did not convey my concerns with the doctor, and that did end up wasting months of time and delaying treatment. Another downside is that all major procedures like egg retrievals and embryo transfers have to be in Newport, not San Diego. Overall, Kindbody was able to cultivate the best quality embryo we have had and fingers crossed that I am pregnant after their treatment! They are good people offering more affordable fertility care.

My husband and I had such a great experience at this kindbody office. Everyone there is amazing and very supportive. They helped me get over my fear of needles and were so patient with me as we navigated through our IVF journey! I looked forward to all my appointments and enjoyed every step of our journey because of the team. Highly recommend kindbody if you are looking for a fertility clinic!

I had an incredible experience with Kindbody San Diego for my egg freezing journey. From start to finish, the entire team was compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. What could have been an overwhelming process was made so much easier thanks to their clear communication, modern technology, and empathetic care. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed. Every appointment felt personal, and I never felt like just a number. The doctors took the time to explain every step, and the nursing team was always quick to respond to my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the process. This was a big and emotional decision for me, and I’m so glad I chose Kindbody. Their professionalism, warmth, and care made all the difference. Highly recommend to anyone considering egg freezing or looking for a fertility clinic that truly puts patients first.

We are absolutely thrilled with this location. My wife and I just went through 3 egg retrievals and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment you walk into the office you’re greeted with kindness. Our office visits are organized and quick. Plus, they provide the best snacks :) We are truly going to miss them when we are all done with our IVF process. They make you feel like friends and family.

The San Diego clinic has the best people. They take such good care of their patients /clients that don’t get very good communication from the larger clinic in Newport Beach. If it weren’t for the workers at the San Diego clinic, my husband and I would have given up by now. I really thank them for the greatness.
