**don't just llisten to what I had to say, go look up the podcast Bloomberg did on them. If you still want to stick with them, I applaud you for your optimism** I have never seen a business or worse doctor's office so resistant to communication. The more I deal with them, the more it feels like it's not just terrible. It's terrible but choice. How they got their rating is beyond me. They don't care about you nor are they good at their jobs. Other agencies or professionals in their industry know how terrible they are. Ask around. Remember it's not a cold. You don't go there once or for a couple of weeks. You'll be stuck with them for a long time. They will charge for everything and anything. A lot of (bad) surprises for you. Edit: I tried to work with them since honestly it's a hassle to move to a different clinic but they don't seem to care no matter how much I try. It feels like an abusive relationship I'm trapped in. They say they care but their actions tell me otherwise. Either they don't care or they are terrible at their job. Either way, not super reliable.

The Kindbody staff at Bryant Park and Flat Iron are AMAZING! So attentive and made this experience so much more enjoyable when it naturally can be a high stress one. I always felt comfortable and knew I was in great hands every step of the way. I highly recommend the NY team for anyone going through a fertility journey!

I had a bad experience with Kindbody and do not recommend them. I felt like a number, almost all appts were with RN, I was overstimulated and had a hard recovery. Kindbody later outsourced their billing to a 3rd party. I planned to use my eggs in a few months but they charged me storage for a year. 3rd party said theyβd pro-rate a refund once I withdrew the eggs, but then Kindbody refused to honor this. Follow-ups went nowhere. Sharing my one datapoint, so folks are informed in their decision. This was a few years ago and maybe they've gotten their act together since then (though from the other patient reviews, doesn't look like it). Some of their features are convenient, e.g. user friendly online portal, ability to message a nurse, modern office. But quality of care is more important.

I would not recommend Kindbody. From my experience, they do not care about patientsβthey care about money. Be very careful and know exactly what youβre getting into before starting with them. They have hidden fees, and it feels like every week youβre being charged for something that was never clearly explained upfront. Even when youβre told youβre insured, you still end up getting billed later. The lack of transparency is extremely frustrating. What makes this even worse is that this is heartbreaking and completely unnecessary while youβre going through such a deeply personal and emotional journey of trying to have a baby. This process is already stressful enough without the added anxiety of surprise bills and financial confusion. The account/billing team is especially bad. They tell you that youβre insured and covered, and then turn around and bill you anyway. Youβre left confused, frustrated, and emotionally drained. If you value clear communication, compassion, and honest billing, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. No one should have to deal with this kind of stress during such a sensitive time.

I cannot recommend Kindbody enough. I went to Tia because it was close to home but I felt extremely overlooked and gaslit about my own fertility. The staff at Kindbody took time to listen to my concerns and ran all necessary tests to help me figure out why I wasnβt getting pregnant. I am now past the egg retrieval stage and am very impressed with their service and communications through this very sensitive experience.
