Worst first impression- I am not writing this review for their IVF abilities, because I’ve decided to go somewhere else based on how they handled both my husband and I. First off, they LOST my husbands labs he did with them, wasted his time on an appointment the review those labs. When he arrived they replied “what labs”? He had done the labs IN OFFICE the week prior, and they confirmed the appointment the day before. Wasted his time and were careless. Fast forward, I decide to give them another chance, I sign up for a consultation and do their free AMH testing to open up communication and hopefully get more information on their services. Their phone operator calls me and schedules an appointment. I get there, and no consultation, they just want to do the free AMH test they offer. Okay, I think, because maybe I do testing and THEN a consultation. They assure me the test is free and send me on my way. Flash forward, it’s a month and a half later, still no call or help with getting my results, but what they DID do is send me a bill for a couple hundred dollars for their “free AMH test” which I never received the results for, even to this day. I disputed the charges, and luckily they cancelled the bill after a few phone calls. I will NOT be trusting them with our fertility journey, I have decided to go somewhere else and have found much better places with incredible service and care.
