The bottom line is that with Dr. Silber, we were successful on our first round, which shocked me because I was 42 at the time of retrieval and 43 when my daughter was born. Our lives are forever changed for the better, thanks to Dr. Silber. My husband and I are extremely grateful. IVF is a difficult process no matter what, but our experience with Dr. Silber's clinic was an overall positive. Dr. Silber was kind on the occasions when I met with him. He was not directly available during the process, but we could ask him questions through our coordinator. Our coordinator, Dena was great. She was easy to access, communicated clearly, and was always willing to answer our many questions. One thing that I appreciated about Dr. Silber's process as opposed to the process at many other clinics is that there are fewer monitoring appointments. The number of monitoring appointments varies somewhat by patient, but we only had two leading up to retrieval with Silber, whereas at some other clinics, we were told I would have to come every other day for two weeks for monitoring. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Silber's clinic to others, especially women in their early 40s who fear they've missed their chance to have a child and who other clinics might turn away.

Sorry it took me a whole year to write this.Juliet just turned 1 on february 23 .I am forever grateful to this clinic and especially to Dr. Silber. I actually traveled from Florida all the way to Missouri just to be under his care and I would make that decision again a thousand times over. Because of him, I now have the cutest, happiest 1-year-old baby girl. After what felt like such a long and emotional journey, he was the one who gave me hope. He was compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt truly cared for. My daughter is my little blessing and I owe that to him and his amazing team. Thank you for changing my life forever. I am eternally grateful! ....i want to take her to visit her doctor soon if thats possible! Im trying to send pictures but its not letting me. Its there another way i can send them? Thank you again! I just wish i would have found you sooner.

Dr. Silber and all of his collaborative team was amazing the actual best experience I've had at a Doctor office. We have had trouble for years with infertility and Dr Silber knew exactly what he wanted me to do and when. And I can proudly say we now have a healthy, beautiful baby girl who is 3 months old. I can't say enough kind words about this office. They're a blessing.

Forever Grateful โ Truly Life-Changing Care There are not words big enough to express my wife and I's gratitude for Dr. Silber and the extraordinary people at The Infertility Center of St. Louis, who make it what it is. From the very beginningโstarting with the free Zoom consultationโwe felt something rare: hope, clarity, and genuine care for us as not only humans, but shared in our mission to start a family of own. The very first conversation alone set the tone and made what once felt like an overwhelming never-ending journey feel not only possible, but medically superior. Lauren, the New Patient Coordinator, was our very first touchpoint -- she is incredible: warm, patient with my questions, organized, promptly communicated back to us any correspondence via email, and most importantly, just deeply kindโshe made us feel seen and supported from day one. Dr. DeRosa is nothing short of brilliant. His expertise is evident immediately speaking to him, but what truly sets him apart is his superb bedside manner and extreme care for patients (so much soi he took my call on a weekend around 9pm months after transfer). He listens. He explains. He reassures. In moments, that were filled with fear and uncertainty, he brought calm and trust to a type of stress that is unique, new, and excruciating at times. Tessa and I always felt like we were in the best possible hands with his surgical expertise and overall knowledge in life and his respective field. Julie in the financial department deserves special recognition as well. She was thoughtful, transparent, and incredibly helpful making a complex and emotional, not the cheapest process feel manageable and fair. Her kindness, layout of plans in place, and clarity lifted a weight we didnโt even realize we were carrying. Every nurse, coordinator, and staff member treated us with dignity, empathy, and respect. At no point did we feel like a number or a new patient to bill for. This team was truly a gift to our lives. Because of them, our family exists in a way that once felt like a distant dream. We will carry lifelong gratitude and hope to see them again soon!

Our experience at the Infertility Center of St. Louis was positive. The clinic assigns a coordinator to your case and I found it very helpful. My coordinator was instrumental in helping me keep up with all the medications and appointments. She was prompt with her responses when I had questions. Dr. Silber and Dr. DeRosa explained procedures clearly and patiently, they were kind and caring doctors throughout the entire process. Ultrasounds and labs are made at St. Lukeโs Hospital and the experience with them was also positive. Receptionists always greeted us with a good attitude and were helpful. Ultrasound and lab techs were nice and explained procedures. The retrieval and transfers are made at the Frontenac Surgery Center. The people there were also polite and helpful. We had previously had a retrieval and three unsuccessful transfers at another clinic, so this second round was our last hope. Our first transfer with Dr. Silber was a success and we are expecting our first baby in February. IVF is no easy journey, Iโm thankful that the people that we came in contact with showed kindness, patience, and positive attitudes. Sincerely, Trevor and Lorena Jenkins
