I cannot express enough appreciation for Dr. Conway and the Idaho Fertility Center team. I had a virtual consult with Dr. Conway after my initial IVF cycle with a previous fertility center failed. Dr. Conway was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and offered me a truly individualized IVF cycle plan, rather than a one-size fits all approach which I received at my previous center. Prior to starting my IVF cycle, I happened to conceive naturally and Dr. Conway and her team offered immediate monitoring and support of my pregnancy. I had positive pregnancy tests while working with the Boise fertility center in the past and would call with updates but was offered no monitoring for spontaneous pregnancies as "they do not monitor pregnancies that were not a result of fertility treatments with the clinic" even though I could not get in with OB-GYN for an extended amount of time. With IFC, I had close monitoring and regular ultrasounds and am now 10 weeks pregnant with a genetically normal baby after 5 years of infertility and 7 miscarriages. This clinic truly cares about the main goal of helping you grow your family and does not prioritize profits over patient outcomes. Thank you for all of your support and genuine care during my first 9 weeks of pregnancy prior to graduating to OB-GYN care.

I overall had a good experience here. I will say that I absolutely love Dr. Conway and Karson is amazing. Some of the MA's were also so kind, especially by IVF coordinator Mikala. But the reason I will only give three stars is because of the absolute poor communication from this office when it came to billing and other things. Very frustrating and it felt like bills were thrust upon us and had to be paid immediately in order to proceed but we were never given a heads up about it first and being young and living in a budget does not make this easy. Also was not warned about the potential for OHSS after egg retrieval and I suffered in pain and discomfort for 5 days thinking it would go away and this was normal but ended up having to go down to Utah for a tap and they drained 3 liters of fluid from my abdomen. Still overall happy and glad to be expecting our little one. Will always recommend Dr. Conway and Karson but do wish the office ran better, that things were put more up front and communicated properly and I could fully recommend to all I meet.

At our consultation Karson was absolutely amazing! She was very informative and spoke to me about things other providers hadn’t told me. She was very compassionate and answered all questions we had.

We started working with the clinic after a year of trying by ourselves! I knew something was wrong because my ovulation strips were light and I had some weird blood test results. We met with them, and thankfully, they were able to find the cause of our infertility during that first appointment! I had PCOS and my partner has low testosterone and sperm count. For about a year and a half we addressed some other problems I had! I needed to do a hysterosalpingogram and my tubes were closed. We then needed to do a hysteroscopy because I had a bunch of polyps in my uterus. We did 5 rounds of clomid, 1 IUI, and 2 IVF rounds. The last round of IVF worked for us! Infertility is hard, but I am thankful for all the doctors that worked with us and listened to our concerns. In the end, even though things were hard, I trusted that they were making the best decisions for me based on their education and experiences. When I did get pregnant, they did everything in their power to lower my chances of miscarriage. Around 6 weeks I had a hematoma burst, but they were able to see me right away. They were always able to address concerns and were very emphatic throughout the whole journey. Thanks so much for helping us get our baby boy down to Earth! It wouldn't have been possible without everyone at the clinic

I’m extremely disappointed with my overall experience at this office. The only positive aspect of my time here was Karson, who was professional and kind throughout. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was marked by poor communication and serious billing issues. I was quoted a price for my treatment, which I paid in full at the clinic, only to later receive a bill for almost the exact same amount. Naturally, I assumed it was a mistake since I had already paid. After repeated back-and-forth communication, I discovered I was being charged twice-and despite my efforts to resolve it, the matter was sent to collections. This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this office and cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone seeking treatment.
