Quality patient care is certainly lacking. I'm grateful that they gave me my son in 2023, but even the IVF process when it came to him was flawed. I had different doctors for every single appointment even though I requested my primary one as I wasn't the fondest of some of my other choices. When we decided to go back this year for another transfer the embryologist said we had extra embryos in storage than we truly did. I told them this and they did update their system upon double checking what I told them. They blew it off like it was nothing... this shouldn't be happening, you should be documenting this better to avoid confusion for patients. When it came to transfer day they advised us that one of our embryos didn't survive the thaw so they had to pull out another one from storage and seemed to lack any sort of empathy for the situation. I felt like the second transfer was very rushed compared to how slow moving it'd gone with the first. I did miscarry at 6 weeks and again zero empathy or urgency regarding my situation. I had to wait over a week just to go over what our next steps would be via a virtual appointment and no one reached out to me in the week that I was seriously grieving the loss of not only 1 baby, but 2. My doctor said we weren't going to change the protocol at all which was very shocking to me considering I've had 3 miscarriages this year alone. And she only knew about the 1 I had in 2022. Maybe ask your patients if there's been any updates to their conceiving journey at the initial appointment? She also was very quick to recommend we do another transfer ASAP and guaranteed 100% success rate.... Just rubbed me the wrong way. You can't guarantee something like that... just feels like all they care about is the money and give zero cares in the world about the patients and what they're going through throughout the entire process. I will not be returning here in the future and will be moving my remaining embryos elsewhere.

I do not recommend this place at all. Please look for other options. My experience was extremely disappointing—impersonal treatment, lack of compassion, and very unprofessional behavior from the finance department. After four failed IVF attempts and many unpleasant interactions, I can honestly say this was the worst clinic experience I’ve ever had.
