I spent an hour applying to be a surrogate and a few days later I try logging back in because I didn't hear anything and it said my account was suspended. I called to find out why and they said they don't work with people in my state. Surrogacy is legal in my state but they have certain laws that this company doesn't agree with. It would have been nice to get an email or phone call instead of just randomly suspending my account with no explanation, or even better, telling me they don't work with people in my state would be even better so I don't waste my time applying.

I’ve been a donor and worked with this company since 2016. I am so impressed with the care and compassion they put into each individual case. I know they are passionate about being able to create families and I am proud to say that I am a part of that process. Thank you so much Donor Source & staff, you’re wonderful.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. Sheryl is great and Carrie is such an angel!! I have had no negative experience and this is starting from the moment I filled out my extremely long online application but it was all worth while. Sheryl always kept in touch and made sure that I was still interested and had my information updated. Communication is definitely key and professional communication is what you get when you work with this company. I have gotten nothing less than greatness from this company, and I believe I will be sticking with them until the end😊

I applied here to be a surrogate and was oddly denied and Denise never told me in detail WHY I was denied besides I wasn't a good fit for surrogacy in her eyes. My Husband and I are financially stable and are at a point in our lives where we would love to help out a couple or individual in need. Anyways, I applied at another surrogate agency and was accepted with flying colors. My Medical Records passed, I passed my Psych test, both of our Criminal Background Checks were passed, everything. I feel like I was discriminated 100% by Denise Payne. I would not recommend this company if you're looking to be a surrogate.
