This fertility clinic does not allow children to accompany patients for routine appointments like blood tests and ultrasounds. It is my understanding that this policy is intended to create a safe and emotionally sensitive environment for providers and patients. However, it poses real challenges to patients who already care for children - requiring them to secure childcare just to attend a quick appointment. I raised this concern with Dr. Hill’s care team, and was grateful to receive a call back from the Director of Patient Services, who was professional, listened, and promised to share my feedback with her team. This three star rating does not reflect the quality of care provided, but I hope my review is helpful to patients with children who are exploring their options!

I had a 3% chance, even with IVF, at the age of 42. Dr Hill and his amazing team were able to work with my husband and I (& our team!) to bring our sweet, beautiful, smart girl into this world. Still feels like a dream. His embryology team is top notch. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

We chose this clinic naively after my wife was found to have uterine issues because they offered a free 3rd cycle if the first 2 were unsuccessful....we were then talked into every special test and procedure like a car salesmen manipulates his mark. We were emotionally distraught and vulnerable and this clinic knows how to CAPITILIZE on people pain. In fact the have it down to a science....after spending over 30,000$ and a painful yearlong process we were told we had two fully tested beautiful and healthy embryos both die.....both failed transfers. Since we were talked into all the expensive tests we were then told WE DO NOT qualify for the free 3rd time....so here we are worse than before an 30,000 grand less.....this clinic is nothing more than a cash cow for the negligent Doctors that crank desperate couples through. My wife was one of the many sent to an empty hallway filled with construction equipment with no staff present, only to then wait an additional 2 hrs after being given confusing instructions. If your the father expect to not be acknowledged in the process at all. Your pain and feelings are meaningless to them. Multiple times they got my wife's name wrong and never took her auto immune condition into consideration, they use a blanket protocol for everyone and you are most definitely just a number and paycheck. I hope by writing this review I can encourage at least one other inexperienced couple from choosing this place. My Wife and I are now going to CCRMI and it is night and day, we have hope there. Please avoid this this clinic!!!!!! Save yourself time, much money and much heartache. They are so cold and unprofessional.
