I’m extremely thankful for the wonderful care I received at FCI glenview. Fabiana and Lindsey were always so friendly at the front desk. Whether it was greeting me in person or helping me through scheduling on the phone, they were always pleasant and helpful. Olja took care of my blood draws. She is skilled and efficient. It’s one of the hardest parts of infertility treatment but Olja was gentle and kind. And she got excited for me through my successes, which meant a lot. And last but far from least, Christina the ultrasound sonographer is phenomenal. She is thorough and knowledgeable. I felt like she truly knew me and my body. Ultrasounds are so vital in monitoring how we’re doing during IVF. I’m glad FCI values this and has such talent like Christina on staff. This clinic is new, fresh, and big. I was always seen on time and parking is easy. I’m very thankful for my time here.

Our experience with FCI Glenview was EXCELLENT. As a patient and someone who works in perinatal mental health professionally, I can't recommend Dr. Rodgers and her team enough. Dr. Rodgers is an not only a really skilled physician, she also is so patient, kind, and affirming. Dr. Rodgers takes as much time as is needed to explain everything and get a full understanding of what is going on physically and to ensure that you have a thorough understanding at every step. Dr. Rodger's nurse, Morgan is also so skilled and kind, extremely responsive, and explains everything super well. Nataly did most of my scans and was so kind and helpful, Christine was also great for ultrasounds, and Olja and Salud in phlebotomy were also excellent and really personable. The balance between fostering hope and also presenting clear information was really important and helpful for us. Scheduling was also really easy with the front desk.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care I received from FCI Glenview. Christine has such a calming, positive presence and always made me feel genuinely cared for. Nataly in ultrasound is incredibly warm and reassuring she has a way of making what can be a stressful moment feel comfortable and safe. Olja and Salud in the lab are truly amazing. They are kind, compassionate and so thoughtful in how they explain things and interact with patients. Every interaction felt personal, never rushed, and full of empathy. This group of women brings so much positivity, warmth, and professionalism to every visit. They made a challenging experience feel lighter and more hopeful, and I’m so grateful for each of them. Also my nurse Diana was amazing with explaining and responding during my care.

I highly recommend FCI and the Glenview location in particular to anyone seeking help with fertility. Dr. Rodgers was wonderful to work with. She always made time for us, provided personalized care, carefully explained every step of the process, and even personally made sure we got test results back in time when there was a delay. Although my procedures were usually with other doctors in the practice, there was always exceptional continuity of care. Nurse Morgan provided expedient communication through the portal - something I appreciate even more now that I am back with a standard medical practice. Last but not least, special thanks to ultrasound tech Kristina and phlebotomist Olja for their friendliness, professionalism, and kindness, making every visit that much more pleasant. The team at FCI Glenview has been incredible! Between scheduling appointments, having the ultrasound done (mostly with Nataly), doing labs (mostly with Olja), and working with the wonderful Dr Rodgers and her amazing RN Amanda, the team provides a very wonderful experience and I’ve genuinely felt like they’ve been rooting for me through the process! Would highly recommend!
