stay FAR AWAY from this office I signed a CONTRACT for $6750 for an egg freezing procedure which was to cover the ENTIRE procedure from start to finish (aside from medications and anesthesia) I started my first round of medications which was not working like the dr would have liked it to so he told me he was going to take a different route add another medication and resort to plan b. They contacted me and told me if I wanted to continue I would have to pay them ANOTHER $2250. I was NOT backing out and cancelling this was to CONTINUE THE PROCESS WE STARTED. No where in the contract does it state you will be charged any additional fees though out this process. The contract states you will pay this amount ($6750) for the ENTIRE egg freezing process. They are refusing to refund me and refuse to proceed with my care unless I give them another $2300. I am beside myself and absolutely disgusting with this practice. They are money hungry and shady!!!!!

if I could give him and his office more then 5 stars I would- he is so helpful in every way, he made the our journey as easy as possible- and his love for star wars really made my husband happy!!! he answered every question clearly and we understood his entire office staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating to my hectic work schedule- right down to communicating with me the pharmacy and my health insurance. every appt was smooth from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left, I always felt comfortable!

Wonderful team from day one. Dr. Ziegler took his time and reviewed my chart. He answered every question before I even asked. I was/am welcomed with open arms, sympathy and compassion. As most of us this was my second clinic. My first was a complete horror story. I was pushed to have a surgery, lied to, cheated of my time, and robbed. Dr. Ziegler went out of his way to explain everything that happened to me and the steps moving forward. My ultrasound tech Kim, loving, caring, compassionate and the most positive person I know. She goes over and beyond for her patients. They make me feel cared for through this 2 year process.

Save yourself the heartbreak. I went to him with a simple male issue. He had a failed fresh transfer and came to the conclusion I had a major blood clotting issue. I was on blood thinners and not allowed to work. Left him and went RMA. No issues, two big beautiful healthy children. Also, they said I never had a blood clot disorder. Dr. Ziegler loved my insurance, said it was a doctor’s dream. Just throwing that out there.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Z and his amazing Friendly Team. My wife and I had fertility challenges for almost 4 years. We saw 1 other fertility doctor that told us we had unexplained infertility and in a nutshell wasn't able to help us. We got recommended to Dr. Z from family who had success with them. It was the best thing we ever did. My wife was pregnant within the first month of working with them. Our son is 8 months old now and we are forever grateful to Dr. Z and his entire staff for helping us become parents! I recommend everyone who is having fertility challenges to give them a call!
