I’m sad and let down about my initial contact with this company. It seems the front desk staff are truly the issue with this company and are getting in between a lot of potential patients and the actual care team. The front desk staff never sent any confirmation or reminder emails/texts or phone calls about my appointment. There was nothing about it on the patient portal either. I got a hang up call from their general line on the actual day I was supposed to be scheduled but because it doesn’t say who the number is and no one left a message I didn’t get the reminder. As someone going through a hundred medical appointments it would’ve been professional and courteous of the front desk staff to at least send a confirmation or reminder email about scheduling date and time. I never once got an email of my appointment date or time. When I called to inquire (because you can’t email) the front desk lady sounded so tired and totally unbothered as she asked me if I had an appointment on Monday, I had to tell her I’m not sure, I never got anything about it. She said the “girl” who calls to remind people is consistent about it but isn’t there at the moment, so she couldn’t ask her. Well if she is the one who called the day of (no prior texts/calls/emails and zero confirmation) and just hung up without leaving a message she needs to be retrained. The management needs to change something asap.

Dr. Sarhan was well educated in my area of concern and did and ultrasound and bloodwork while i was there. Very happy with her services. There was a bit of a wait. The lady at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and mentioned herself during a situation that she needed more training. That may be the issue others encountered, but it was minor and the service from Dr. Was amazing.

Dr. Sarhan is the best. She is so caring, compassionate, and accommodating. She explained the entire process in detail, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable. I would not go to any other doctor. I had a great experience and I highly recommend her.

Rude front desk Staff. They are abrasive and not helpful with their patients, making it hard to trust the place for these kind of treatments that required kindness. Hormones ups & downs plus dealing with rudeness from staff makes this process harder. However, Dr Abbaa Sarhan was amazing and kind. Great doctor, wrong staff.

Dr. Sarhan was very engaging and open to explaining everything and answering questions. Very sharp and thorough. The nurses are very helpful and thoughtful too.
