About This Clinic
For over 35 years, Bay IVF staff has been at the forefront of advanced reproductive treatments in Northern California. We provide In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Gender Selection, Embryo Genetic Testing (PGT), Egg Donation, Frozen Egg Donation, and Male Factor and Egg Quality infertility treatments. In 1987, our team established the first non-hospital-based IVF center in California. Eventually, this clinic evolved into Bay IVF. Since 1987, we have seen nearly two thousand IVF babies born. Bay IVF helped make our dream of growing our family come true, and we will be forever grateful for our experience with them. From the very beginning, they felt less like a clinic and more like a family—supportive, communicative, and genuinely invested in us every step of the way. At our first visit, we sat down with Dr. Polanski for a thorough, thoughtful conversation about our wishes and goals. Together, we created a clear plan that made us feel confident and cared for from day one. The nursing and front desk staff were truly amazing—kind, responsive, and always reassuring. We knew we could call with any question or concern and receive a thoughtful response within 24 hours, which made such an emotional process feel manageable and supported. We were incredibly fortunate to be successful on our first attempt at every step, from egg retrieval to insemination. We truly believe Bay IVF’s holistic approach played a huge role in that success. In addition to excellent medical care, we were given guidance on nutrition and recommended foods to help optimize our chances, which made us feel seen as whole people—not just patients. We stated our initial visit in July 2024, and August 2025 we welcomed the birth of our boy/girl twins. We did implant 2 embryos and both implanted successfully. We stayed with Bay IVF until nearly the 2nd trimester to ensure a successful start of the pregnancy. I had an uncomplicated pregnancy and the twins were born full term and healthy! We are eternally grateful for our time with Bay IVF and wholeheartedly recommend them to any family hoping to grow theirs.

My husband and I did a lot of research before deciding where to do IVF, and we finally chose Bay IVF because their pricing is very reasonable for the Bay Area and their good reviews. We’re so so happy we made that choice — we were lucky to succeed on our very first time and now have a healthy baby boy! A HUGE thank-you to Dr. Polansky and Meghan — they were not only professional and caring but also so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. (I’m a healthy 38 year old and my had a natural pregnancy and birth 8 years ago.) I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were so lucky to have no complications or delays with our IVF process and received THE BEST care you can ask for from the incredible Dr Polanski and his amazing team. ***UPDATE 10/20/25*** I just gave birth to my baby boy! He's healthy, beautiful, and a joy for our whole family! -Start of treatment/ follicle stimulation 9/28/24 -10 Eggs retrieved 11/6/24 (all 10 fertilized, 3 were healthy enough to freeze) -1st Embryo transfer was a success 1/17/25 -Positive Pregnancy test 1/27/25 -Heart beat ultrasound 2/11/25

I was super grateful to find this place and probably introduced to 20+ my friends. The doctor Polanksy has super professional skills and a lot of experience to face different cases. English is my second language, so I had too many vocabulary didn’t understand. Megan and Erica were very patience to answer each of my questions. 😂So the whole process was smooth. I really really appreciated this clinic did everything to me. I have my dragon twin boys 12 weeks now. When I saw them in the ultrasound, they were so active. 🥰🥰 lovely. I will keep updates with the clinic and come back for my second twin girls. 👧🏻👧🏻. Wait me.

We have been married for 9 years and have no children.I have endometriosis,I had a natural miscarriage at 26 weeks.in June 2024 we went to Bay IVF for treatment and met Dr.Porlansk,who is very experienced in the field of infertility treatment. I am 40 years old and have very few eggs.the chance of success is very low.after egg stimulation and embryo creation. I got 2 quality embryos,I transferred a frozen embryo and was lucky to get pregnant the first time.Dr.Polansky is a good and caring doctor who helped us have a very lovely daughter.she is now 14 weeks old.we are very grateful to Dr.Polansky and the Bay IVF team. thanks to Minerva,she is wonderful and guided me very enthusiastically.
