Yesterday I had a fertility testing appointment( Willowbrook) and it was genuinely such a pleasant experience—I was surprised in the best way. I came in really nervous, but the front desk staff member was so kind and welcoming right away. Kelly (NP) was just as lovely—she made me feel heard, took her time, educated me clearly, and listened thoroughly without rushing. The ultrasound tech was also wonderful and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. The facility itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall: A++ experience. Highly recommend.

After many years of planning, I finally began my IVF journey. I went into it feeling nervous, scared, worried, and overwhelmed, but also incredibly excited. A few years ago, I had hoped to start IVF but was unable due to life circumstances. At that time, my experience with the staff was not pleasant; however, they have since made significant and positive changes. It was truly a roller coaster of emotions, and I am beyond blessed to say that I am now 21 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kalakota. She truly listened to me and my concerns, and she was always kind, patient, and reassuring. I honestly could not have asked for a better doctor to guide me through this journey. Thank you Dr. Kalakota! The entire staff was just as wonderful. From the front desk to the nurses, financial coordinator, and nurse practitioner, everyone was supportive and compassionate every step of the way. A special thank you to Yadira, Jasmine, June, Karen, and Julie for their care and kindness. I am so grateful to this entire team for making such an emotional journey a positive and unforgettable experience.

Dr. Steward was good and his staff were amazing. Everyone from the phlebotomist to the nurse who did all the ultrasounds and work up were amazing and very compassionate. I have a very strict work schedule and they got me in and out first thing each morning to help with my schedule. I am happy to report that I got my rainbow baby after just one round of ivf with this great team.

If you’re even thinking about taking the next step—just book the consult. Truly. There is so much to learn and understand, and the team at Aspire Woodlands makes the entire process feel clearer, calmer, and absolutely doable. This is, understandably, an anxiety-producing journey. I live with anxiety daily, and the Aspire team consistently went above and beyond to help me feel cared for, informed, and even—at times—able to laugh. Their blend of confidence-building support, warmth, and genuine humanity makes a world of difference. The clinic itself gives total “girls-day med spa” vibes—beautiful, clean, efficient, and welcoming. The nursing team is phenomenal: kind, patient, quick to respond, and incredibly grounding. Every question I had (and there were many) was answered quickly, with clarity and empathy. Communication is easy, the care is thoughtful, and somehow they make a stressful process feel achievable and supported. I’m really grateful I chose them.

Aspire HFI Woodlands has been incredible to work with over the past year. They have been with me through my ups and downs during this journey and I’m truly grateful for them. They are always patient and answer any questions in person during my visits and very responsive when I reach out to them on the app. If anyone is second guessing to visit a fertility clinic or who to see, I highly recommend the team here. They have helped me and my husband start our family.
