I had my initial screening tests in this clinic for egg freezing. The doctor seems knowledgeable and very experienced. However, I found them to be unorganized, untrustworthy and unreliable. In the first session, the doctor answered my questions when he was driving to work and it lasted 10mins. I paid them for a full 30min session out-of-pocket! I did all the research myself including trying to interpret my laboratory results. They never followed up. They charged me for the lab session out-of-pocket claiming that insurance doesn’t cover it. However, I saw a charge towards my insurance for both visits which they paid. They never responded to any of my calls, voicemails, texts or emails. They marked one of my results as abnormal in the lab results and when I asked to explain it, they said they will schedule another screening test instead. Because of these experiences, I decided not to go ahead with them. They only seem to care about making money rather than care about treating their patients or explain to them what is happening.

*Update: I tried calling the number shared in the response and left a message. They haven't responded. They rescheduled our appointment last week without notifying us. We were on vacation and missed the call. Choose somewhere else. Dr. Moffit seems competent, but the staff is terrible at communication. The timelines are unclear, and they made several mistakes on dates that lead to delays and wasted time and money. I have never left a one star review before.

I’m currently a patient with this clinic and I’m having the hardest time getting my questions answered knowing my next steps. I’m the one asking all the questions and then I find new things I should do moving forward. This doesn’t feel good right now I’m thinking of finding a new place. The staff makes you feel like your inconvenience them. I don’t know why we have a patient portal when nothing is ever updated. I have sent my documents and I still haven’t seen an update. I would hate to come all that way just to get turned around and disappointed because they’re more labs or something I need to provide when nothing is being communicated with you unless the patient asks the questions. I really want to grow my family and maybe this isn’t the place to help me do that.

My husband and I went for treatment. No counseling on the procedure. Was rushed through the process and never heard any follow up. Turned us off immediately

Staff is awful and won't even brief you before doing something painful to you.
