★★☆☆☆

I loved it when it was Fertility solutions was by itself, they were so personable and professional. Since the merge, I’ve become nothing but a number. The front desk is incredibly rude and unhelpful every time I call. They made me create a whole “New Patient” profile, because they couldn’t “locate” my previous records. 3 months later, we were able to access our previous records….🫠. When I called to ask about their COVID vaccine policy (per our surrogacy agency) the lady at the front desk didn’t know (ok, fine) and routed me to the nurses station. Instead of asking someone at the nurses station to clarify, I had to leave a voicemail. Per their policy, I should have heard back by the end of the day. Shocker, I never got a return phone call. I’m always everyone else’s problem. The company really doesn’t care, as long as they’re meeting their quota.

I recommend going someplace else for your fertility needs. Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for a year and decided to seek a fertility doctor. I had already had some basic hormone tests done with my OBGYN and nothing was abnormal. But my husband had done some tests that prompted him to want more tests done. We filled out the online pre-appointment forms and described what we already knew. They made me the primary patient since I would be the pregnant patient. When we had our first appointment, it barely last 15 minutes. The doctor asked me basic questions that I had already answered on the preform (do I smoke, drink, etc) and asked my husband even less. He then declared that the only issue was my age (I’m 35) and ordered me a bunch of tests. My husband asked about screenings for him (sperm count, hormone levels, etc) and the doctor said we could do that if we wanted. The hormone test for him ended up just being an STI check and he had to drive to a clinic an hour away for the sperm test since the clinics close to us don’t do that testing. My husband has yet to receive his results and when he called about it, they told him we needed to submit a results release form (?). We then got a bill in the mail for $450. We have so bc e spoken with two other couples who initially went to the New England Fertility Centers and ended up leaving and going to a different clinic because they were unhappy with their care. Overall I felt like the doctor had no compassion and treated us like a pay check instead of patients struggling with a sensitive subject. Save your time and money, go someplace else.
