My experience with CNY Fertility Clinic has been extremely challenging. Fertility treatment is already an emotional and stressful journey, and unfortunately, dealing with this clinic made it significantly harder. One of the most frustrating parts has been their handling of insurance. There were multiple instances where the clinic sent incorrect information or wrong medical codes, and in some cases, it appeared that information wasn’t sent to the insurance company at all. This led to unnecessary denials and delays, and each time, I had to spend hours on the phone investigating what went wrong — only to find out that the issue traced back to missing or inaccurate submissions from the clinic. As someone managing a full-time job, it’s incredibly stressful to constantly step in and perform what feels like investigative work just to make sure basic tasks are completed correctly. The process that should have been straightforward turned into a daily source of anxiety and frustration. Although CNY may be more affordable compared to other fertility clinics, the lower cost comes with significant trade-offs in organization, communication, and overall professionalism. What should have been a supportive journey too often felt like an uphill struggle, and the ongoing errors and lack of follow-through made an already painful experience even more difficult. Dont even let me start with their horrible website. It is disheartening when a clinic meant to help you build hope ends up adding so much additional emotional strain. For anyone considering CNY, I strongly recommend weighing these factors carefully
