I cannot say enough good things about Dr Vermesh and the Center for Fertility and Gynecology. Dr Vermesh is so kind and has the best bedside manner. He has been in this space for decades and is so knowledgeable and I feel like I’m in the best hands. Also, all of the nurses are SO sweet and patient and caring. I feel like they have all been such an encouraging part of this process and I love seeing their smiling faces each time I go in. I scream Dr Vermesh’s name from the rooftops because he is truly top notch!!

Where do I even begin! After a terrible experience at another LA clinic with a negligent provider who ran a very aggressive stimulation protocol without checking any of my hormones — which resulted in a poor outcome and no embryos — I met with Dr. Vermesh in April 2025. From our very first consultation, he didn’t overpromise, but his calm, optimistic demeanor immediately made me feel I was finally in good hands. We proceeded with a gentle, carefully monitored protocol. He checked my hormones continuously and adjusted my medication doses based on the results. Because of that individualized care, I had an ideal outcome for my age (39). Our first transfer worked, and I am now 11 weeks pregnant with a healthy, growing baby. Dr. Vermesh also recommended intralipids to help maximize my implantation chances. His care has been exceptional — always kind, reassuring, and thorough. The entire team is wonderful, and I want to give a special thank-you to Juliana, who always replied to emails promptly and kept me updated on every single lab result. Dr. Vermesh and Dr. Toulou are truly exceptional. What I love the most is the human aspect; they feel like family. Both doctors are so warm, caring, and attentive, and they take the time to personalize each treatment with genuine compassion. The nurses are incredibly sweet, helpful, and always responsive. I couldn’t ask for a better team. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility care! you’ll be in wonderful hands.

Wow, let me start by expressing my gratitude to Dr. Tolou and her team for their exceptional support throughout my journey. From scheduling, medication, to travel arrangements, they were amazing. Despite the challenges, their help made the journey smooth. They have become family and hold a special place in my heart. I knew from my first consultation that I was in the right place. I highly recommend the Center for Fertility and Gynecology.Traveling 4-5 hours for appointments, their flexibility and understanding made it all possible.
