I just want to say from the front desk - Anita, to the Andrologist - D.S., Embryologist - Gabi, Anesthesiologist - Dr. Piper, Doctor - Dr. Luthringer and most importantly the Nurse who took care of me - Sam! Thank you so much for your professionalism, warm welcoming and taking care of my husband and I for our egg retrieval! Despite the snow storm, you all took a very special moment for us and turned it into an amazing experience! Truly happy with our decision to come to Syracuse, NY - we canβt wait to come back for our embryo transfer!

Words are not enough to express how amazing this fertility clinic. I was referred to CNY by a previous patient from another location, however, she informed CNY as a whole is an amazing fertility clinic and I will have to agree with her. I was particularly seen at the Syracuse location and if I give infinite stars I will! The medical team made me felt seen, particularly cared for, and in tuned with their part on what they had to do for patients fertility comfort and success. Most places you can easily feel like just another number even if they are doing their job. But at this place by no means at any point did I feel like just another number there. The medical team genuinely seem interested in you, your life, and your journey beyond just medically. My nurse Sam for sure talked and engaged with me every step of the way! My doctors Dr. Cabrera and Dr. Mora, immediately gave me a since of calm and comfort the moment they walked in. My embryologist Cheed, sat close and endearingly next to me after my retrieval to tell me some unexpected wonderful news! Just the overall warmth and care from this fertility is completely unmatched and nothing I have never experienced before from medical staff! I believe the clinic is owned by a man name Dr. Robert Kiltz, I donβt know if he hands pick his staff personally or not but rather itβs him or someone it is very obvious they are intentional and thoughtful on who they bring into their team. I am here to say I will never go anywhere else for my fertility treatment!

I want to first clarify that I did NOT do IVF with CNY Fertility. We get pregnant very easily. Our problem was that we lost 5 babies in a year and a half period, and bloodwork and testing was all showing perfect health. So we were sent to CNY Fertility to try and get more help. So this is in no way a review of their IVF. I am very unfamiliar with that. A very mixed experience here. Communication was not great. We rarely saw the same person twice, and we would be questioned on why we were there almost every time. Sometimes a nurse would ask if we were there for IVF. You'd think that would be written down somewhere. There were constant communication issues on medication. When I left they told my regular OBGYN I was taking medications that I was not and never had taken. I had one lady who I always seemed to have doing my blood pressure and bloodwork, and while she was incredibly kind, she was terrible at her job. She blew my vein out once and the other times she would often miss or roll my veins. I have been having bloodwork done for a year and a half now with my miscarriages and every person has always said I have incredible and easy veins. She was not trained very well. Now all of that being said, there are some really awesome people working here. I had to have almost daily ultrasounds during ovulation and a one lady in particular was phenomenal. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out. And a few of the ladies who would do my bloodwork were very sweet, positive, and good at their job. Our initial phone consult was with Dr. D'Souza and he was also wonderful. He explained things very carefully to us and his initial thoughts based on my original bloodwork turned out to be exactly right. Unfortunately the clinic did not seem to agree with him and did not prescribe us progesterone until September (our initial phone consult was in May.) Progesterone and thyroid medication turned out to be our only issues, but they were constantly pushing to put me on other medications and use trigger shots for ovulation, etc. Huge thank you to Dr. D'Souza because he was 100% correct. We are currently nine weeks pregnant with a very healthy baby. We only ever made it to six weeks before with extremely weak hCG and progesterone numbers. The cost is definitely up there. Especially since it turned out we had such a basic problem. They insisted on almost daily ultrasounds during ovulation, which adds up quickly, of course. Our insurance did help, but be wary if you are heading into this out of pocket. But it didn't seem crazy expensive to me for a specialist. Also would like to point out that their patient portal is not super user friendly. Especially the app is really difficult to navigate.

We were on a journey here. We started in Buffalo and at my second retrieval changed to Syracuse because Buffalo wouldnβt let you PGT test if you werenβt monitoring with them. I did all my monitoring with Rochester. So I switched to Syracuse. Iβll admit that the majority of my experience was with Rochester but I loved everyone I met in Syracuse. So kind and compassionate. After seven transfers, two retrievals, and much more, my baby boy is 10m old on my chest asleep. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I don't understand a lot of these reviews. CNY was absolutely amazing. I was a travel patient and did monitoring at the Georgia clinic and went to Syracuse for my retrieval and FET. I have nothing but great things to say about both clinics. I had one FET and now I have my sweet baby boy. The thing with CNY is they have a huge amount of patient's because they are EXTREMELY cheaper than other places. You have to be your own advocate and sometimes reaching out to them and get the ball rolling. They do care about the people and your best well being but they also are very very busy. If you are looking for your hand to be held through the process, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for an amazing, caring, fast staff you've definitely found the right place.
