I am incredibly grateful for my experience at CCRM–IRMS and cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I came here for PGT-M testing to remove the Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP) gene and underwent three egg retrievals. Throughout the entire process, the staff was attentive, responsive, and consistently took the time to explain everything clearly. They went above and beyond to ease my worries, including providing hands-on teaching for IVF stimulation medications when I requested extra support, as well as clear, easy-to-follow injection videos, which were extremely helpful. Dr. Keegan is exceptional. She does not use “cookie-cutter” protocols—her care is grounded in the most up-to-date, evidence-based medicine and is truly tailored to each patient’s medical history and needs. I always felt completely safe and confident in her care. Her staff become your family. Nurses Jenn and Brianna are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and responsive. Amanda L., my patient care coordinator, was empathetic, answered all of my questions promptly, and was always easy, reliable, and friendly to communicate with. After three retrievals and one frozen embryo transfer, I am so happy to say that I have graduated from the clinic and am entering the care of an OB-GYN. A warm thank-you to the Staten Island office staff as well—there was never a long wait, the office was beautiful and calming, and I was always greeted with smiles and kindness. I will especially miss Cherise and her infectious energy and caring demeanor. The nurses, technicians, and administrative staff all create a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. I truly loved my experience with CCRM–IRMS and highly recommend them to anyone pursuing fertility care

Experience with Dr Keegan and her team was 10/10 and it was just my first time there! Extremely punctual, informative, supportive and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this office. I’m looking forward to my next steps with them!

The best staff you could ask for!!! Such a positive experience, in the middle of doing something really difficult! I swear it was Cherise, with her positivity and kindness that got me through it all! Jen the sonogram technician was also amazing through it all! Love my ladies at CCRM / IRMS !

Mt wife and I could not be more grateful for our experience with Dr. Keegan and her entire staff especially Sharice,Jen, Amanda and Briana. From the very beginning of our fertility journey, everyone in the office made us feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. What stood out the most was not only their medical expertise and precision, but also their compassion and genuine investment in our outcome. The whole process felt a lot less scary because of the care and attention we received. We are so grateful for Dr. Keegan and her team, and we would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone going through this journey.

I am a patient at staten Island for bloodwork and ultrasound. My appointments are usually at 6 AM and I would like to say how grateful I am for the staff at the Staten Island office. Cherise The phlebotomist on staff is my motivating cheerleader in the morning, she is efficient, on time and really helpful during this process. I am in and out in the mornings.
