Insensitive! Worst! Do not waist your time or money . Such a Scam ! Not to mention the rudeness and dryness of every employee with the exception of Nick- heβs the only one that gave a heart when I was crying trying to understand why a woman whoβs Sonos are great, cycles monthly and blood work and labs check out could not be prescribed anything ! Iβve been coming in for 7months Taking test/ lab, seeing PAs, having Sonos, genic testing all while paying out of pocket. only to get in the mail additional bills of $3,000 for lab fees which they conveniently failed to mention in the consultation! And Only to have them tell me after all that, I need to start over in order to get any type of fertility prescription because doctor Sam Roman is no longer with them! However is this right??? Iβm literally back to square one Iβve now lost more money and Time which is of the essence for a woman my age. This is heart breaking and wrong on all levels !

Dr. San Roman himself is great, very personable, informing and nice but his staff is horrible. My wife has gone through 7 IUIs and 1 ivf embryo transfer. The doctors and nurses had given her false hope many times saying that she should have gotten pregnant by now because she is so young and healthy. The nurses and Dr. San Roman are never on the same page as my wife receives different directions from everyone in the office. Nurses say take a medication once a day then the doctor tells her a month later she should have been taking it twice a day. My wife has had many procedures by all different doctors except the one she feels most comfortable with (Dr. San Roman). My wife feels totally frazzled by this office as appointments haven't been scheduled as the office said they would. Nurses give her directions for medication one day and have no clue what medications she has been on next visit to the office. Do they even read her charts? The latest problem was 2 days before my wife's first embryo transfer. The office said they would call her the following day to let her know what time her appointment was going to be for the next day. Welp they never called so my wife was extremely anxious wondering if she was even going to have the appointment. Not the best way to go into your first ivf cycle. We called and called but nobody answered until the morning of her appointment. Too late, she was already completely stressed out which I am sure does not help a woman get pregnant. As if the whole fertility process isn't anxiety causing enough this office just constantly adds to it. We've been going to this office for over a year and have been experiencing these problems the whole time. It's probably time to move on to a new Doctor.
