I truly love the Rockwall location, and it’s because of the amazing team there. Halie at the front desk is incredibly kind and welcoming. She always remembers my name and greets me with such warmth — it makes such a difference during a difficult time. Medical assistant Alondra is so sweet and caring, and Nurse Practitioner Ambre is absolutely wonderful. They always ask how I’m feeling, which means so much when you’re going through IVF. It’s not an easy journey for women, and having compassionate, polite, and attentive staff makes everything more manageable. I am really grateful and strongly recommend this location to anyone going through fertility treatment. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

This has been the most amazing experience I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Since day one I have had continue support, motivation and positivity from everyone at fertility specialist of Texas. My wonderful coordinator Vicki has been my amazing, every step she has explained everything to me and answered any question I had. She always responded to my portal messages in a timely manner and always sure to follow up with me. Vickie is as very sweet and friendly. Everyone at the Rockwall location was amazing. I’ve nerve seen a group so supportive and happy for me. It wasn’t just a job for them. They truly cared. NP Amber was the best. The bond I have developed with her over this time will never be broken. I hate I can’t continue to see this same group. I’ve also had the pleasure to visit the Plano clinic and they were great as well. I ran into a little hiccup the day before my retrieval and when I walked through the door the first thing they told me in the back was that she had been praying for me. That really melted my heart knowing how much everyone wanted this for me. Last but not least DR.SKORA he is heaven sent! His energy and positivity has been wonderful. He very patient and very kind. I honey never thought I would ever have to do IVF but I’m thankful that I have to experience this and it be a success my first time! Everyone that I have had contact with in each department had been a blessing to me during this whole process. If you’re ever thinking or wanting to do IVF I would recommend Fertility Specialist of Texas with Dr. Skora. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to the Fertility Specialists of Texas clinic in Rockwall, and from the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome especially Halie, who always greeted me with a smile. Alondra, the medical assistant, has such a warm and comforting spirit, and Amber, the nurse practitioner, is like the sister of the clinic supportive, encouraging, and always there when you need her. I also worked with Madison, my coordinator, who kept everything organized and stress-free. The financial department was equally amazing. Any time I had questions about billing or felt unsure about costs, they returned my calls promptly and took the time to break everything down for me going over prices, protocols, and payment details so I always felt informed. My journey with FST started off a little rocky due to some early miscommunication, but once everything was clarified, things quickly turned around and I’m so glad I stayed with them. Dr. Skora was absolutely amazing: knowledgeable, patient, and spot-on with his medical advice. Cynthia and Vicky, who worked closely with me throughout my protocol, were incredibly kind, compassionate, and made me feel truly supported every step of the way. One of the things I valued most was how they chose the right protocol and medications specifically for me. Communication was always open they encouraged me to share my thoughts and concerns, and they worked with me to find the best approach. Even when it came to deciding on my transfer, Dr. Skora suggested a frozen transfer instead of a fresh one. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I trusted his medical opinion and he was spot on that a frozen transfer would be best for my situation. I began my journey in January, worked hard to meet the weight-loss goals they set for me, completed egg retrieval in June, and had my transfer on July 8. Today, I’m overjoyed to say I’m pregnant, we’ve heard the heartbeat, and I’ve officially graduated from the clinic to prenatal care. When it’s time for me to go through this process again, I won’t hesitate to return to FST. The expertise, compassion, and support I received here made all the difference. when I say I love my rockwall office girls I MEAN IT! My experience at FST was truly wonderful but I could truly not have done it without them. I am so beyond thankful for the relationships that I have made even after graduating! they deserve all the love and then some!!! 🤍
