I had Dr.Gaffaney for my first pregnancy due to having gestational diabetes and I really liked how she guided me through my whole journey and she was so sweet and understanding with everything. Also loved my sonographer Denise, as a first time mom she explained everything she was doing and what we were looking at and that really helped me a lot. For the front office check-in and check-out was great the 2 wonderful ladies in the front are kind and sweet to all their patients that come in , would highly recommend this great and wonderful office to anyone ! 10/10

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care I received from both the sonographer and the fetal medicine doctor. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease — they were not only highly professional, but also incredibly warm, patient, and kind. The sonographer Arcie, was so gentle and reassuring, taking the time to walk me through every step of the process and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach made such a difference during what can be a very emotional experience. Dr. Alkalay was equally amazing — he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered every question with patience and clarity, and never once made me feel rushed. It was clear that they truly cared about me and my baby, and that level of care is something I will never forget. Thank you both for going above and beyond. Your compassion, knowledge, and dedication mean the world to me.

Loved Dr. Alkalay and the ultrasound tech. They both were super nice. The front desk ladies are a different story. Very short not welcoming at all and definitely not helpful. My daughter called the next day and told them she was having problems seeing her ultrasound pictures on the portal, they told her that they couldn't do anything about that. It was a different company. They told her at her next apt she can take a picture of the sign on the window and then call them. I then called and spoke to someone and she told me the same thing. She said they usually tell the patients to take a picture at check in or check out. Nobody told my daughter this. So I basically insisted she help me. Before she gave me the phone# and code we needed, she told me she was kind of busy. I don't know how that was my problem or my daughters. They need some better training. When we get the Press Ganey Survey, we will sure be filling it out. Someone needs to know how they are treating the patients.

Absolutely LOVE Alkalay and the staff! My first experience, my nerves were all over the place from being stressed out having to go to a specialist, but they took their time and reassured me everything looked great! We went our second time today for a follow up and it was so nice not being nervous this time around! Love the front ladies and the nurse also, they are so sweet! They love my obgyn I chose and it is so nice having them so close too! Wish I could rate more than 5 stars

Dr. Alkalay is the BEST gynecologist! Dr. Alkalay is fantastic! He makes me feel comfortable. He listens to you and he explains things in terms that help you understand. This doctor does a thorough examination which helped me with what I am going through and my issues. He follows up and contacted my internist on how I was doing. Their office receptionist was also very lovely and accommodating! All of the staff are awesome and genuinely care for there patients and well being.
