My experience with this clinic was traumatic and nearly cost me my life. After undergoing an HSG procedure to check my tubes, I developed a severe infection and was later diagnosed with PID. Despite this, I proceeded with treatment. After my IUI, I began experiencing extreme pain and repeatedly called the clinic — including after hours — because I knew something was seriously wrong. I was dismissed and reassured instead of being evaluated urgently. The pain became so severe I could barely walk. I ultimately contacted another hospital on my own. They immediately brought me in and told me I needed emergency surgery. My fallopian tube had ruptured and my abdomen was filling with blood. I was told that if I had not come in when I did, I could have died. I trusted this clinic with my care and safety. I wish my concerns had been taken seriously.

I used to attend here. This clinic just care about the money. 1 year waiting to be seen recommended by my pcp. Once I had the consultation appointment they made it harder to start treatments. Every time was about to start treatment they said couldn’t because of this or that had 5 iui and one was successful but ended up as ectopic. Provider Never heard my opinions or even try to figure out why I had the ectopic. Provider was so cold and nasty when ER called to let her know I was there with a lot of pain even though she knew I was passing the ectopic she said she didn’t tell me to go to ER. I’m glad I went cuz couldn’t go worse for me. She was a completely unprofessional and neglectful. 0 compassion 0 patient centered. I was just an extra income for this clinic I can’t even understand how people continue to come here. They should change the whole administration.

This is the best fertility clinic I ever experienced. My experience here has been better than amazing. A fibroid was found and removed through surgery with a successful outcome. Recovery has been speedy and I am on my next steps to my successful pregnancy. I am so excited and grateful for this team of professionals who have been gentle and caring with my requests. Horrible experience that i probably will never forget. Im 43 yrs old started going here when 42. I waited late to start trying for kids at 40 and had 2 miscarriages. Was recomendded here and was hardly given communication about anything. For half the time I had a blocked tube that i kept asking if i should have unblocked and told no by my primary bc its most likely not. Well turns out it was but i wasted so much time. I now get treated like im a waste of time is how i feel from a lot of the drs there bc of my age and instead of saying how brave i was to keep trying for so lomg i felt like they just didnt want to waste time with me bc i cant afford ivf. Never have I cried as much as when I left this place at times and I wouldnt wish this experience on anyone else. If you do go demand their time and to be listened or otherwise they will just treat you like a $ sign.

My wife called here to schedule an appointment. The women she spoke to were so rude and nasty she ended up in tears. They then refused to give their names. We are beyond disgusted with this place. This establishment is a low point in the medical field.
