I recently visited this location being part of CCRM for my fertility testing. It was such an unpleasant experience. Every staff member was not friendly, they did not explain anything, it was more like a transaction than feeling welcomed. I’m a nurse and have seen how some hospitals and clinics treat patients like transactions and this was definitely one of them. Not an ounce of warmth. The nurse drew my blood and told me I can go into the ultrasound room. I had to ask where it was and she just pointed. After the ultrasound, the US tech started cleaning her machine while I’m sitting there half naked waiting for her to exit so I can put my clothes on. It was a terrible experience. If you are part of CCRM go to the Chicago location- it’s a night and day difference.
