I highly recommend Utah Fertility Specialists. My husband and I had a fantastic experience. We started our IVF journey in early 2021 and welcomed our sweet twin boys in February 2022. Dr. Richards and Dr. Amesse made an otherwise emotional and difficult situation as pleasant as possible. Instead of having to wait for nurses or other staff to pass along messages, I was able to communicate with them directly. What other clinics or doctor's offices do that?? They promptly responded to questions I had and explained things clearly. I always felt taken care of. And their business model keeps costs as affordable as possible. We paid well below what other clinics cost. I can't recommend them enough!

Utah Fertility Specialists was the best route I could have gone! I can’t sing enough praises about them. Dr. Richards was always available and willing to take my phone calls and texts, and I had several questions, considering the process was unfamiliar to us, but he never seemed to mind. The doctors were very knowledgeable about infertility. They made sure to order various medical tests to make sure I was a good candidate before proceeding with this expensive process (though considerably less expensive through Utah Fertility Specialists than other providers). As we began the process, the doctors personalized the process for me! We evaluated at every step what would work best for my body and even changed our plan from the first evaluation to ensure I got the best results possible catered directly to me. As we continued I still had some other concerns and they never hesitated to answer them by phone or even have me come in for an extra appointment to make sure I was alright. Overall, the process went great. I was pleased with my treatment, and I got the end result we hoped for! Pregnant! Baby girl is now 2 1/2 months old.

I called, didn't leave a message and Dr Richards called back a few minutes later. He took 30 minutes giving me great advise and really going over my situation. He was the one initiating the help as well. It wasn't me pulling teeth to get my questions answered. Even though I am not a great fit for his clinic right now he gave me loads of helpful information and resources. If it gets to it I will definitely see him for IVF. Great guy who cares about his patients.

My wife and I have had the best experience with Dr. Richards and Dr. Amesse. My wife spoke directly to Dr. Richards any time we had questions or concerns which really streamlined this entire process. We now have 2 wonderful kids and just wrapped up another round to finish up our family. Best experience all around!
