We went through two egg retrieval cycles at Kindbody, and our experience was truly wonderful. The staff is unbelievably kind, compassionate, and supportive. Every interaction felt thoughtful and caring, and we always felt heard and supported. The level of empathy from the entire team made a challenging journey feel much less overwhelming. Dr. Hayes is incredible; knowledgeable, calming, and genuinely invested in her patients. She explained everything clearly, took the time to answer all our questions, and made us feel confident every step of the way. We are extremely grateful to the Kindbody team and would highly recommend them to anyone going through fertility treatment.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Kindbody. From the very beginning of my IVF journey through a successful transfer and the birth of my baby girl, I felt completely supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way. IVF can be an overwhelming and emotional process, but the entire Kindbody team made it feel manageable. Communication was truly one of their strongest qualities. I was always kept informed about next steps, timelines, test results, and what to expect, which gave me so much peace of mind. Whenever I had questions or concerns—no matter how small—they were responsive, patient, and thorough in their explanations. Beyond the logistics, the emotional support was just as impactful. Every interaction felt compassionate and personal, not rushed or transactional. The staff genuinely cared about my experience and outcomes, and that made a world of difference during such a vulnerable time. I always felt heard, respected, and encouraged. The clinic itself is well-organized and efficient, which helped reduce stress throughout the process. Appointments were clear and well-coordinated, and I felt confident that I was in capable, experienced hands from start to finish. Thanks to Kindbody, my IVF transfer was successful, and I am now holding my healthy baby girl. I am incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and support I received. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kindbody to anyone considering fertility treatment—they truly walk alongside you through the entire journey.

Dr Hayes and her team are wonderful! During a time that can be very challenging both mentally and physically, Dr Hayes listens, is empathetic, and provides education. Dr. Ellen Hayes, Cara and all the staff have been amazing to work with. They were very helpful with the process and made it as smooth as it can be. We welcomed our IVF baby on 11/11/25. We are so grateful for Kindbody Milwaukee and all the support they have given us to become a family of 4.

It’s hard to put into words how truly exceptional Kindbody Milwaukee is. The entire care team is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, and the clinic itself feels calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Professional without feeling overly clinical. Larissa and Lauren, though, are the two who make every visit feel safe and supportive. When I went in for my first stim cycle, I was nervous. Larissa was the first person I met with, and her calm, confident energy immediately put me at ease. That kind of steady presence is rare in medical settings, and it continues to make all the difference every time I work with her. She’s also an incredibly skilled sonographer. She makes ultrasounds as comfortable as I’ve ever experienced, which says a lot about both her technique and her care for patients. And Lauren has this natural way of making you feel like she’s in your corner. She’s the most skilled phlebotomist I’ve ever worked with. I’m a notoriously difficult draw, but she gets it on the first try every time, and makes it nearly painless. I wish I could have her do all my blood draws for all my medical appointments! I honestly don’t think my experience would be what it is without those two, and I’m deeply grateful. IVF is stressful enough on its own, but every visit here reminds me I’m supported by people who truly care, and I'm not alone on this journey.
