My Doctor was amazing. She took her time with me and did all the necessary tests as well as steps to ensure that she knew every condition that I had before my transfer. When it was time for my transfer, she put me on all the right medicine. My first transfer worked and I'm so pleased with my experience. I'm excited to welcome my new addition to my family. Thank you for everything Dr. Bailey and your amazing team.

Our journey has been a long one. We are high school sweethearts that had tried for many years with medicated unmonitored timed cycles with OB/GYN. We moved to Southern MS in 2021 for work during Covid and drove to Baton Rouge, LA for fertility appointments. Inconclusive workup other than PCOS and subsequently 3 failed IUIs. Jessica also lost her mom during this time and we decided to take a break. We were told by an acupuncturist that her working two jobs was too much stress on her body and something had to give. Contract ended and we decided to move back home to West TN. While we were buying a home, we met with FAM so the process wouldnโt be delayed. The first physician we met with immediately walked in the room and stated because we were 40, we only had donor eggs as an option. We wanted to at least try with our own first to see if successful. Discouraged, we went back to Baton Rouge for our final IUI that was scheduled. That REI encouraged us to see someone else in the group and if needed, we could return to him to try IVF with our own eggs. We met with Dr. Ke with FAM shortly after the IUI failed and without hesitation, he quickly agreed to a trial of IVF with our own eggs. We ended up with 2 perfect euploid embryos and the best one was transferred by famed Dr. Kutteh in November of 2024. The embryo initially stuck in the catheter during transfer which worried us but the embryologist assured us that he made a perfect one and she was just extra sticky and stubborn! Born in July of this year, she is now our perfect 16 week old named Ivy Jo Caroline after Jessicaโs mom, Jamesโs mamaw and another influential woman we grew up with. She was born with โstork-bitesโ on her eyelids and her head and we like to think those are kisses from loved ones that have passed. โค๏ธ Happy Transfer-versary Thanks Dr. Ke, Dr. Kutteh and the exceptional embryology team along with Dr. Orlando Ly- local acupuncturist.

Dr Kutteh DR Kutteh DR Kutteh, you were heaven sent!!!! Our son is now 2 and I thank God everyday for him. I really wish you were still there for our second round. Unfortunately we had Dr Bailey who was very dismissive and didnโt bother to follow up after I had a failed transfer. I donโt believe she has a passion for people but more of a passion for money. I was truly disappointed with my experience with her. I highly recommend FAOM however I pray Dr Bailey starts caring more for her African American patients especially after a failed transfer and not following up with a message or phone call. I was told to set up an appointment and pay out of pocket $350 just to meet with her about my failed results. Unlike Dr Kutteh who had conversations with me over the phone and sent a message to my portal congratulating me on my successful pregnancy. He truly cares! Overall I love FAOM I just wish I had a better second round experience like my first. God bless you and your business Dr Kutteh. I canโt thank you enough!!!! Dr Bailey, please learn to have compassion for your patients and follow up. Show that you care and please donโt treat us like we are just another number.

I am truly grateful that I now have a healthy 7 month old daughter through a successful IVF transfer! However, this place is terrible. From communication, the front check in, waiting countless hours to even be seen for a VERY RUSHED 5 minutes โฆ I once sat in Dr. Baileyโs office for 2 hours for a consultation. It took me getting up and walking out to get attention and be seen. It seems lack of compassion is a huge factor. I was never contacted or followed up with by Dr. Bailey once I entered my second trimester and started seeing my OB. Not once has anyone called to check in or follow up after birth. We spent 4 years and thousands of dollars to be treated like crap. I do not recommend this clinic to ANYONE. Save yourself the stress and go to Nashville.

We want to thank FAM and Dr. Bailey for guiding us through our fertility journey ๐ค My husband and I experienced recurrent pregnancy loss and felt like we could potentially never have a baby. We experienced another miscarriage during our time at FAM; we were treated with the upmost care and empathy by all staff. Whether it was checking in with the front desk, getting labs drawn, ultrasounds, procedures - the staff always had a smile to offer and treated us like family. Dr. Bailey sincerely cared about us, encouraged and counseled us through IVF, ultimately leading us to our precious rainbow baby. ๐ Despite great losses, we did not give up, and neither did Dr. Bailey. We want to share these pictures as a glimmer of hope for other FAM patients. We hope and pray that you all have a Happy New Year ๐ค
