We are beyond grateful to the Institute for Reproductive Health for helping make our dream come true. From day one, the entire staff made us feel supported, respected, and truly cared for. Dr. Sherif G. Awadalla is an outstanding reproductive specialist. She is compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and always made us feel comfortable and confident in the process. This journey can be emotional and stressful, but Dr. Awadalla’s kindness and professionalism made all the difference. We will forever be thankful to her and the whole team for helping us build our family. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone on their fertility journey! 💙

We are beyond grateful for this fertility clinic and their incredible team. At 41 years old, with my husband being 43, we were realistic about the challenges ahead, but thanks to this clinic we became pregnant on our first round of IVF using our own embryos, which still feels surreal to say. Dr. Alexander was a huge part of our journey. I saw her for most of my ultrasounds and treatments, and she consistently made me feel cared for, supported, and informed. She took the time to explain things clearly, answered every question patiently, and truly did her best to care for me during such an emotional and vulnerable process. Dr. Awadalla did our transfer which went smooth. The entire clinic was professional, organized, and reassuring, which made what can be a very stressful experience feel manageable and hopeful. We will always be deeply thankful for the role they played in helping us start our family, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone navigating infertility — especially those who may feel discouraged because of age

We had a great experience with IRH Louisville location as we were TTC for 4 years and with their help we were able to conceive on our first round of IUI and just recently welcomed our baby boy in October!! They were responsive with questions and always helped us throughout our journey with them and we would recommend them to anyone TTC!! Thank you guys for helping us get our miracle baby ♥️

I do not recommend the Institute of Reproductive Health (IRH) for fertility care. My endometritis and endometriosis were overlooked and mismanaged, which ultimately contributed to an unsuccessful embryo transfer. After transferring my care elsewhere, I was promptly and accurately diagnosed, and given a comprehensive treatment plan that should have been addressed from the beginning. Staff communication also consistently lagged, with slow response times that added unnecessary stress during an already difficult process. My experience at IRH left me feeling unheard and inadequately cared for, and I would encourage others to consider clinics that provide more thorough evaluation, attentive communication, and individualized treatment.

We used IRH for a surrogacy journey and had a wonderful experience. I live in Louisville and my intended parents in Northern KY. We were able to do all my visits in Louisville, with the transfer being in Cincinnati. All staff were helpful, polite, warm and professional. We are fortunate that the first transfer took and we are currently 1/2 way through our pregnancy! I would definitely recommend for others as communication was easy and clear and even as a first time surrogate on an independent journey without an agency — it was easy to understand the process and navigate, with the help of the third party staff!
