I would highly recommend FISD to anyone in need of fertility help. IVF was an incredibly stressful experience for me, but FISD made a very hard process feel as positive and manageable as it possibly could have. From the very beginning, working with Dr. H and the entire FISD team made such a difference. The care always felt incredibly personalized, and I never once felt like just a number in a factory-style clinic, which is something I have unfortunately heard from friends about other San Diego fertility clinics. Every question I had was answered quickly, communication was clear and consistent, and each step of the IVF process was explained to both me and my husband so we always knew what to expect. Dr. H and the whole team strike the perfect balance of being extremely positive and encouraging while also being transparent and honest throughout the process. That combination built so much trust and made a challenging experience feel far less overwhelming. What truly sets FISD apart is the people. Everyone is genuinely kind, supportive, and caring, and they somehow made even the most intimidating moments feel less scary. I never expected to say this, but I will honestly miss seeing the team every week. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and I cannot thank FISD enough for getting us to this point. I am so grateful this was the clinic we chose for such an important journey. 💗

Husband of patient and candidate for fatherhood, but our experience with FISD was incredible. The process of IVF is inherently imperfect and incredibly difficult for my wife mentally, emotionally and physically. We had a lot of ups, a lot of downs, good days and bad, but everyone that we met with and interacted with, particularly Dr. H, were calming, assuring and steadying forces from the time we first met with them until the time we recently graduated. The FISD staff made my wife feel comfortable, especially on the tough days. They were available to answer all of our questions, even the dumb ones, and provided us all of the information and the roadmap we needed each step of the way. They didn't set our expectations too high but always remained very positive and reassuring. After 2 retrievals and 2 transfers, we are now at 11-12 weeks and expecting a baby girl in the summer of 2026. Would absolutely recommend anyone Dr. H's way, we had a wonderful experience through our time with her and her team.

Going through the IVF and FET process is incredibly challenging, and for me, doing it alone once felt like an impossible dream. My journey began with difficult health news, which became its own battle along the way. But despite the obstacles, I wanted to give everything I had to the hope of building a family of my own. The most amazing part of this experience is that I never truly felt alone. Every single person at FISD made me feel seen, heard, and supported through every high and low. Dr. H and her team continuously reminded me of how far I’d come and how much hope still lay ahead. They celebrated every milestone with me — from my successful IVF procedure to my FET transfer — and finally, the emotional moment of graduating from their monitoring program. I once thought that doing this on my own would be the hardest thing I’d ever face, but FISD made sure I never had to walk this path alone. Each and every member of the team played a part in making my wildest dream come true, and for that, I am forever grateful. Because of your care, support, and guidance, I’ve just passed the 13-week milestone of my pregnancy. From the bottom of my heart, thank you — you made what once felt impossible become a beautiful reality. I can’t recommend a better institution to help you create your family — "two feet at a time."

Oh where to begin…what a fantastic journey it’s been! First of we all we want to start out by giving a huge shoutout to not just Dr. Hosseinzadeh but also her absolutely amazing crew of angels namely Martha, Carley and Marina! They are all beyond incredible human beings and we cannot thank them enough! We highly and we mean HIGHLY recommend this clinic! Anyways we started our journey to pregnancy with a lot of uncertainty and not a lot of hope because of previous attempts. That all changed the moment we walked into the Fertility Institute of San Diego and met with Dr. H and her team. We were immediately given a glimpse of what could be with the immensely compassionate, professional, inspiring and uplifting attitude of this team of angels. Soon after we started our first attempt at IVF and although my partner Tabitha is 38 years young, we got 6 eggs and 4 got fertilized. We new our chances were slim but not long after we had our first chance with a healthy little girl embryo! We did a second round bc we want at least 2 children if possible and this time we got a boy! The whole process was so easy and seamless because of the care, patience and professionalism of Dr. H and her team. We then took that big jump and implanted the boy, it was intense to say the least. The wait was unbearable but to our total surprise and utter amazement we were finally pregnant!!! The team took extreme care of us during the first few weeks, even as far as Dr. H answering a phone call at 3 am in the morning just to reassure us everything would be alright. That phone call is the epitome of this clinic. They are there for you in every sense of the word. Day or night this team is on it, with so much love and patience! We are now 16 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy and can’t wait to go back for the girl!! We cannot recommend this clinic enough to anyone out there. SERIOUSLY! If you are reading this we understand the hesitancy of deciding what to do or where to go but if IVF is your path then this is the place to go! Trust us! This is our new family and we cannot be more grateful! Thank you thank you thank you Dr. Hosseinzahdeh and your team! You girls are miracle makers!

Dr. H and her team exceeded every expectation I had for a fertility clinic. I came into the IVF process very anxious, but their expertise and constant communication made me feel supported every step of the way. Thanks to them, our very first transfer was successful—and I’m now 12 weeks pregnant!!
