Starting our fertility journey was such a scary experience and I worried about picking an office that would make me feel safe, cared for, and comfortable. I am so glad we found Genesis in Hewlett. From day one we experienced nothing but positive experiences from the staff. Dr. Kotlyer is wonderful to work with. He knows his stuff and it shows in a way that is comforting and caring. He always takes his time to clearly explaining things - when he asks if you have questions he isn’t simply going through the motions of asking, he genuinely wants to know if there’s anything that needs more explanation to make you feel more comfortable. My husband and I have never hesitated to ask a question out of worry that it would seem like a stupid one. As for other staff, there is quite literally not enough words to explain how wonderful Gina is. The idea of frequent blood work and sonograms was actually terrifying to me. There were many tears (both and home and the office!) and it never once didn’t feel like a safe space to feel those feelings. To have something that first felt so overwhelmingly scary become something so routine and easy is no small feat and that’s all thanks to Gina. This journey involves so much more than just your doctor, you’re working with a team and we are so lucky Gina is part of ours!

Gina at Genesis Fertility in Hewlett has been such a blessing for us and our journey. Her patience, support, and guidance have made a world of difference. It's amazing how she's able to accommodate me with a smile and make us feel so welcomed. Phenomenal experience at this location. Gina is great. She’s patient and attentive and ensured that my partner and I had a smooth and seamless experience. I would surely recommend coming to this location specifically for Gina.

My Experience with Dr. Kotlyar was the best, took the time to answer all my Questions and clearly explained my treatment options, I'm graterful for his care, made feel at ease during my visits, He explains what is happening every step of the way Dr. Kotlyar is very kind and professional HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... Thank you so much 💓 to all the nurses Dana Joris who were always there explaining to me with professionalism and patience!!
